Enter Gary and Colonial. I had done business with him years ago when my daughter and a german shepherd were living with me. His service was as awesome today as it was years ago. Very reasonable and incredibly thorough. He doesn't miss anything. Lots of folks are in the carpet cleaning business, and no matter how much they spend for adds and uniforms for their people, they simply cannot match the service and pricing of Colonial. Carpet was cleaned, but did not smell before cleaning but now has a unclean or pet odor after cleaning. Technicial was not courteous and seemed arrogant.
