I called this company and wanted a cleaning before the holidays, but they were booked through the new year. They offered to put me on a cancellation list, if I could even accept last minute cancellations. They had a cancellation so they came out. I have used many companies throughout the years, but I will be using this company over and over again. They did an AMAZING JOB! They cleaned our sofa and chairs and they look like new. They were not scheduled to clean my oriental rug, but when asked they said they could do it. It LOOKS BEAUTIFUL and the cleaning brought out all the vibrant colors again, even after it was dry. They were in and out quickly, which I loved and did an amazing job, now that is service at it's BEST! They use all natural products so there were no chemical smells. My only regret is that I did not know about them years sooner! Go GREENER CLEANER - you have our business for life! read more

Very impressed with this company and their employees. I've used 5 different carpet cleaners but these are the best. The were punctual. On time. Very professional. Dan and Eric. They moved what I needed to get the job done. Lots of puppy urine areas. All gone and smelling good. Lots of spots as well. All gone and looking great. I would highly recommend them. Also my carpets are not like a swimming pool after the cleaning. They are almost dry after 3 hours. Thank you. I appreciate the great service. read more

I found One Stop Carpet Care and Repair by reading these reviews so I wanted to make sure to take a few minutes and do the same for someone looking for a quality carpet cleaner. One Stop Carpet Care and Repair did not disappoint. This was my first time using them and from the minute when the owner Dave answers the phone to set your appointment until they were finished with my carpet...this company was professional from start to finish. My carpet cleaner Dave V. Was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful. Explained a way for me to treat my dogs pet stains. He never tried to sell me anything additional or up charge for the little things. He was very thorough and worked hard to pick up the tough stains, our kids and our dog left him. I would highly recommend Dave V and One Stop Carpet and Repair. read more

When our puppy enjoyed blackberries in the middle of the family room, calling One Stop was an easy decision. We've had incredible service from this local family-owned business. Little did I know that Dave would come out early on Saturday morning, brave the wicked temps and snowy roads, and take care of us like we were his own family. He saved the carpet (and the puppy!?) just in time for a large family party. This frazzled mama cannot thank you enough! read more
