They came today and cleaned my upholstered furniture as well as the rugs in two rooms. Because it is an apartment, the setup to do the work required some creativity and Marshall handled it with ease. I am immensely pleased with the job he did. The place feels and looks all spit-shiny clean. it was well worth the cost and I'll be calling him next time I need help, for sure. read more

Marshall had his work cut out for him due to my wife's cat. We are extremely impressed by the quality, timing, and cost of his service. I will use Healthy Carpets again and recommend to others. read more

Two+ years of a pandemic living plus our two dogs took its toll on our poor couch. I knew it needed a deep cleaning far beyond what I could provide so I reached back out to Healthy Carpets since they had done such a great job on our bathroom grout a few years back and remembered that they also did upholstery. I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Marshall and added a bathroom tile refresh to the job since he would be here. He came as scheduled and walked through the jobs with me before starting. I asked him last minute if he could also do our area rug while he was here and he was able to accommodate that too, which I appreciated (I would have also been TOTALLY fine with him not being able to get to it since it wasn't initially part of the discussion but I'm grateful he was able to make it happen!). And he was FAST! When I saw him gathering up his hosing and everything I assumed he was switching gear but nope--he was done! I was impressed. And the price was very reasonable given the fact he did three seperate jobs for us. In the end everything turned out great! The couch smells so clean and fresh and the area rug's colors are bright and vivid again! I sent my mom a picture of the newly cleaned and sealed bathroom floor and she said "Look at that sparkle!" And it's true! Friends, a clean couch is such a present to yourself. Do yourself a favor and give your room a refresh and give Healthy Carpets a call. I'm definitely going to treat my furniture to this expert deep clean more regularly from here on out! read more

Can't recommend Marshall highly enough. Last week he did a full home carpet cleaning and got everything to a like-new state. Nail polish spill? Gone. Pet-related stains? Gone. Starting to think there's nothing he can't clean. Marshall also does a fantastic job with dryer vent and air vent cleaning. Possibly the most impressive thing is that it had been eight years (blush) since the last cleaning, and Marshall was immediately able to access records and even personally remember what he'd done that time. Now that's red-carpet service. read more

A definite YES for recommendation! I have used Healthy Carpets twice now and couldn't be more pleased. Marshall not only knows his stuff but is quite conscientious about his work. He has cleaned our carpets, our sofa, grouted our shower and vanity area AND cleared our dryer vent. Great work ethic and fast! You won't be disappointed! read more

Great job doing our carpet cleaning. Detail oriented. Showed up on time and had good communication. I will call them again. I liked that they raked the Scotchguard into the carpet and didn't just spray it on. read more

Excellent communication from Healthy Carpets regarding arrival time and how to prepare for the carpet cleaning. Not knowing what was imbedded in the carpet from previous owners of the condo I was concerned that cleaning the carpet would not remove the traffic stains. After cleaning the carpeting looks like almost new; not bad considering the carpet is probably from when the condo was built in the'70s. Thank you Marshall for an awesome job. I'll be referring your business to others! read more

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Carpets and highly recommend them!! Marshall did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets and they looked brand new and better than ever. I just had my carpet cleaned two years ago by another company and it didn't look half as good as when Healthy Carpets cleaned them. Such a huge difference! Marshall truly cares and works hard to make your carpet the best that it can be. Don't look any further and hire them now, you will not regret it. Best customer service and timely. read more

(Copied by Yelper from a Google review) Marshall and Healthy Carpets were a wonderful carpet cleaning experience! Pros: - very responsive and clear communication. Questions were answered quickly via texts and the automated updates were great reminders - excellent work cleaning a life- and new-puppy-stained white/beige carpet. We had a previous carpet cleaner who wasn't nearly as effective as Healthy Carpets. It looks brand new -- three flights of carpeted stairs included. - the estimate and price were spot on. No surprises there. Cons: - literally none. The only con would be your poor decision to hire a _different_ carpet cleaner for your home or business. read more

I was really impressed with Marshall and Healthy Carpets. Not only is he extremely responsive and communicative but he is also knowledgeable and thorough. My carpets were in serious need of a cleaning (had not been cleaned since they were installed by the previous owner 10+ years ago). Marshall let me know how to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect afterwards. The carpets look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as he knows his stuff and he is a dedicated business owner who made the time to clean my carpets instead of just outsourcing the work to someone else. I was drawn to Healthy Carpets because I wanted to try organic, plus the reviews were excellent. Marshall responded immediately to my request and was exceptionally communicative until the end of the job. The carpet in our living and dining rooms, stairs and hall are at least 20 years old. Contractors had been up and down our stairs for months and needed a thorough cleaning. We are so impressed with the results which left a wonderful orange scent. There is no doubt Marshall takes pride in what he does. Healthy Carpets will continue to be our carpet cleaning service. read more
