These guys are great !!! Came in and vacuumed and moved the furniture and cleaned the carpet and put the furniture back. The carpet looks great and they are making a courtesy trip back ( for free ) to work on some dog urine spots that came back after drying. Those spots were never cleaned before they came because of lazy brother babysitting mom while I was out of town. He wouldn't let dog out !!! So those spots were especially dark. Recently contracted this company to come out and clean our carpets in our colonial period four bedrooms, hallway, and family room. It had been quite some time since having anything cleaned, and had some tough stains as well. Daryl was great to work with on the phone. His son Josh came out exactly as scheduled and on time. This company (Josh) has done an Astonishing job on my carpets. I had my daughter's room, my bedroom, my living room, a large rug & 3 chairs cleaned. All of my carpets were pretty bad. I have 2 Golden Retrievers, a cat & 2 kids so just imagine. I wish I would have taken before pics. I'm so glad I didn't go with the big name cleaning companies we went with many times in the past bec this company beats any of them hands down!! Usually carpet cleaning companies are done in like an hour doing the same rooms. However, Josh worked Diligently for 4 hours cleaning my carpets. He got glue, slime & dog accidents out of my carpet. He definitely put extra effort into his job. Did I also mention, how nice he is!!! Josh said he even got the dog hair out of the carpet that the vacuum doesn't get. Wow! I thought my carpet was a lost cause. But Daryl and his son worked meticulously, using a range of products to get ALL of the stains out. While working he noticed how stained one of my fabric covered bar stools was, and offered to clean it for free. He is very detailed oriented and professional. He put guards on the corners of my walls to protect them from getting scratched from his hoses. He took great care moving the furniture and providing detailed instructions for the next 24 hour drying time. It is very clear that he takes great pride in his work. Daryl from Canton Carpet Cleaners really helped us out with our carpet and a piece of furniture! We had the trifecta going on combining poop, pee AND barf! Proud animal owners over here ;) haha anyway Daryl came over within 24hrs had great prices and was super nice. I feel he went over and above to make sure the job was done to the absolute best possible outcome. He lifted our carpet off the tack strips in the 2 corners where it was bad and he cleaned the underneath and vacuumed everything up. LUCKILY we bought the best padding you can buy and have the seal on our padding to protect it from spills and these kind of accidents, so the smell was just on the carpet :) He thoroughly cleaned everything and sanitized and deodorized!
