One of the biggest frustrations when doing a home project is lack of communication. Ali went out of his way to keep us informed of the timeline (letting us know when to expect materials, find an install range that worked for us, and checking in throughout). As far as the finished results, we could not be happier. The new carpet is so plush and comfortable. The railings completely transformed the look of our home. Ali offered suggestions when asked (he really knows his stuff), but made sure we knew that the final decision was ours. A few other things to note: the installers were very respectful of our home, cleaned up when they finished, and were very polite. The cost was reasonable (actually less than we expected).
