We had to put sheets down throughout in an attempt to keep our feet (and the dogs) dry enough to walk into rooms with linoleum & hardwood so we wouldn't slip & fall. I had to purchase fans from Walmart and had those going along with my ceiling fans for days. I have no idea what damage has been done to the padding underneath. 6 days later, the foyer was still yet! I contacted the owner and he said it was normal for the carpet to be wet like that and he would bring out air movers to help dry, but what I know about them is how big & loud they are, and how much electricity they use. I already had my fans going long enough as it was. After days of wet carpets, I talked (via text) to the owner & told him how unhappy I was and thought we should get some kind of refund (he did offer "a little" on the electric bill). I've never heard back from him and he blamed our dogs for the marks left on wall & closet doors. Horrible experience. UPDATE: I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. I do appreciate that.

Employee showed up 3x to my home in Monroe, Mi., and immediately had 3 different excuses if why…read morethey had to leave. This was for a one time move out cleaning. The second time, they swept up dirt in the middle of the kitchen and left. Two story home, and they never went upstairs, even though I asked for it to be cleaned. The FORTH time they came, they walked in and turned around and left after smearing about a teaspoon of dark grease on the countertop, took a picture, and said it was mold!! I paid in FULL, in January, have been charged service calls every time they showed up! I have demanded a full refund, and they offered half of my money back. I have called many times, they only have A.I. to answer the phone, and I have received no call backs, since I demanded a full refund. The last day when someone showed up for 5 minutes, they emptied a coat closet, in front of my front door, in a pile, and could not get in my front door!!
