Her attention to detail; good eye trained to catch places to clean you may have never thought of while showing her basic areas needing either full or touch-up cleaning. For the first time ever, I feel relaxed once we perused our home to get a full view of what I need as a disabled person. And more. Please consider this lady. Please hire her. I like her mannerisms, the fact I can trust. There is nothing not to like. We have a fully-carpeted double-wide manufactured home with three bedrooms (one huge master bedroom w/two bathrooms and walk-in closet - a suite); island kitchen with many cupboards, a guest bath, foyer and laundry room. Through 23 years in our home (married 57 years), it became apparent we alone could not keep this up this beautiful home. Robin came along. What can I say more. There is so much more. Once you meet her you will latch on immediately and never be unhappy.

Cons: This was for an empty house that is getting cleaned up to sell, the cleaners came to clean for 5 hours of a deep clean move out ready turn key operation for $500, and another $60ish to clean the carpets in the 3 bedrooms. The cleaner maybe spent 2 hours there doing god knows what because we had to call back and have them come back out. The photos attached are after a second attempt of them coming back out to clean. They didn't do anything. There were cob webs in the corners still, windows were dirty, sink was still dirty, and so on. The owner offered to have them come back a 3rd time and request we take the day to spend with them. The whole point was to not be there when it was being cleaned and if I took a day off work to "babysit" then I might as well have done it myself and saved the $700.
