Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days.
