Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing.
