He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated. I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. I hired these guys after waiting 13 years to redo my kitchen cabinets. All I wanted was to never…read morehave to paint my cabinets again. I wanted them stained with a clear coat so they look beautiful and I'd never have to paint them. Dan came out and totally messed up my entire kitchen he airbrush my blinds, he emptied out his airbrush on my wallpaper, he airbrushed my countertops my floor. My cabinets aren't even the correct color. He used a circular sander on my wood and put permanent circles all through my cabinets. Anyone who works with wood, knows that you sand with the grain not against it and definitely not in a circular motion. He filed all the corners off my cabinets now they're all kind of rounded weird. Permanently messed up my floors I cannot get this crap off my floors that he used. I currently have him in small claims court trying to recoup my money so I can replace my countertops in my flooring that he messed up. Do not hire this person if you want a good job. He did not plastic off any of my appliances or my doorways which he was airbrushing had stained all through the air.
