I had a great experience with AntEco Pest Control, and especially with Jason. He was able to come…read moreout the same day, was very professional, and actually took the time to diagnose the problem instead of making assumptions. I initially thought we had a raccoon in the attic, but Jason carefully tracked the noise, used a ladder and camera to inspect the wall cavity, and determined it was just two mice. What stood out most was his honesty and thoroughness. There was no upselling or scare tactics just a clear explanation of what was going on and what my options were. Since I'm planning to remodel the room soon, Jason treated the wall appropriately to make sure the issue would be handled in the meantime. If you're looking for a pest control company that's responsive, trustworthy, and actually figures out the real problem, I highly recommend AntEco Pest Control.

Dean, the Manager gets angry easily if you try to ask him questions or call to find out what is going on. He yelled at my husband saying that "we were not their only customer", we just wanted decent service. They are too short-staffed to handle multiple customers. They set a trap on our roof and inside to trap the squirrels but then would not show up to check it for days to over a week. One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). I would never recommend this company

I digress.......now back to Solidified Pest Control, their inspector Jordan was phenomenal. He explained so much in detail from the bee issue to the issues of moles, ground hogs, squirrels, wasps, etc. I could go on. It was indeed a pleasure to speak with him and listen to the knowledge he was supplying. Jordan was able to get on our roof via a ladder to handle the bee issue while the bees were still in their hive. We should know something soon if the bee issues have been resolved.
