The after hours customer service team member was so helpful in setting up an appointment for us. We have been experiencing bees in our chimney and fireplace for a year now. The company we previously hired, came out, did not do the work and then continued to invoice us as if they had completed the service....shame on them. I digress.......now back to Solidified Pest Control, their inspector Jordan was phenomenal. He explained so much in detail from the bee issue to the issues of moles, ground hogs, squirrels, wasps, etc. I could go on. It was indeed a pleasure to speak with him and listen to the knowledge he was supplying. He wanted to get the Little critters outta there if it was the last thing he did (not really but that's how I felt). Jim, you're a gentleman and a scholar. I mean this in the best possible way: I wish you nothing but success. But I never want to see you again....because that would mean I have more critters.

We've used their tree service for +15 years. They help maintain trees, fertilize, new tree…read moreplantings and installed a cable system in our giant white maple tree to keep it safe, add strength and help add years to its life. The employees are so knowledgeable and their goals are for tree health, not cut down and remove. Although if there is a situation of a very unhealthy tree, the first step is discussing a plan on how to make it better. Removal is last resort, so when that is needed - they are professional, safe and clean. They provide info on native species to replace any tree if they were removed or if you want to add more trees. Always check with your city BEFORE removing trees, you usually need a permit and if you know ignore this rule and are caught later - the fines are HUGE. (This didn't happen to me, I have read this directly from my townships website.)
