Amazing service, server was extremely attentive to our table. The drinks are incredible, and I'd recommend the strawberry basil drink or the purple haze margarita which was fun because it changes color. Food was pretty good. Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich- delicious! My complaint- getting bill when we are still eating and have them mopping floor while we were still eating. They close at 10 - we were eating at 9:30. Get you want your shift over - but pretty rude to give bill while still eating and mopping floors ... not good form. read more

First time I ever came to this restaurant and it's very nice I would say. It's sort of small from the inside, but we'll displayed. The food did not take forever to be made and the service was pretty nice. I would definitely come back and I recommend others to try coming:) read more

Proof was a cool spot. I really liked the third floor thing. It was a little different. Had a really nice warm atmosphere when you came in and wasn't too busy for happy hour. I was mainly there for the food but they had a very good beer menu and looked like a decent selection of wines too. For an appetizer I had shrimp. I think, if I remember correctly, it was diablo shrimp. It was really good. Came in a bowl with a piece of bread smothered in pesto. The red sauce it came in was delicious. Almost like a Thai red curry sauce but very light and had a great spice to it. For my entree I had fish and chips. It was also very good. I liked the job they did of the fries. They were cooked really nice and had that dark brown skin to them. It was pretty standard as fish and chips go but I wasn't disappointed and I got exactly what I expected. Bartender was friendly. Didn't chat to him much because I was distracted and he was respectful of that. I'd definitely come back and try a few other things. read more

Accompanied by a purple haze margarita, those pulled pork nachos were the bomb! Queso sauce instead of shredded cheese was a great choice for these yummy bad boys. It reminded me of the Alabama white cheese dip of my youth. Drizzly, sinful, and worth the calories. The pulled pork was well seasoned & plentiful (and not at all sweet, thank god!). The chips were hearty and stayed crisp - they just needed a touch more salt. The portion was good - sizable but not overwhelming. Solid yumminess with a sprinkle of chives on top! And the service was spot-on. Friendly and attentive with good advice on how to best enjoy my margarita libation. My husband thought these nachos were on par with the Pub's nachos, his favorite. 3 stars for me. 1st visit and out of Towner. Stayed by the local hotel down the street. Wasn't enough chicken for my sandwich is the only complaint for me. Otherwise it would have been 4stars. Sat at the bar. I like the infused vodka theme. Place does get crowded. Only one TV for you sport viewers at the bar. The dessert was great. I'll be back next time in town. read more

In town for a business meeting and tried to eat at Proof both nights while in town. Both nights there was a sign on the door stating they were closed with a reason and that they're sorry for the inconvenience. I think if they absolutely need to close, they should update their voicemail to let their customers know before driving out to visit them! read more

We popped in for dinner and waited ~15 minutes to be seated - which was not bad for a Friday night. Very nice ambience. Service was not consistently great -- Our waiter could have been more attentive. Food was okay and well presented but nothing spectacular. Would definitely come back! The food was definitely 5 stars. Flavorful, filling and more than worth the price. The sweet potato tots and garlic Parmesan fries were also great sides, not just an afterthought, perfectly cooked. Service was good and friendly. We really liked that our server would check in with us and update us about the status of the food. Drinks were OK. They tasted great and they had some fun combinations on the menu. However we didn't feel they were quite worth the price since they weren't completely unique flavors we hadn't seen before. For what we paid for an old fashioned, we'd expect the liquid to at least make it to the top of the ice cube. Looking forward to coming back to try more of their food menu but will likely only try cocktails during their happy hour. read more

A new favorite of mine!! The atmosphere is trendy, urban and classy all at the same time. Super cute decor. Service was awesome; we had a really friendly server which made eating there enjoyable! Ordered the Habanero Margarita which was too sweet (too much pineapple juice) for me and not nearly spicy enough but still good! The waitress was kind enough to bring me a side of fresh jalapeños and that evened the drink out. Tasted more like the spicy margaritas that I am used to. Easy fix! :) As for the food - absolutely delicious!! We ordered the New York strip steak and the Jidori Chicken. Steak was cooked perfectly, super tender and juicy. The sides were great! As for the Jidori chicken, I've never heard of that before, but it was so good! I substituted the polenta for extra vegetables and they were cooked perfectly. The chicken had an amazing flavor combination and was so juicy - I was impressed! Overall great experience and I can't wait to go back! read more

Horrible service ordered a burger and killer Mac. Burger was very soggy look as if was pre made 30 mins before got soggy fries not to say I asked for garlic fries and got normal fries. Not worth the wait less to the killer Mac was cold when I received. I'll compare it much to McDonald's experience or if not maybe even less. read more

The food is phenomenal. Arguably some of the best in Tri Cities. Good luck getting a table though or good luck guessing their schedule. Not open for lunch half of the week, and barely open at all during the week. The schedule seems to change every other month and it's too much of a hassle to try and plan a dinner there are they don't take reservations (or they weren't during the pandemic anyways). It won't ever be our first choice but a happy "oh hey they are open" choice. Also the seating wait can be hours upon hours long for a table, to be sat and wait hours to receive and appetizer or drink. Worth it though... maybe read more

I stopped in for dinner because they had ample seating on the patio for diners. I ordered a poke bowl from their salad menu and a proof margarita, and both were delicious! The poke bowl had a base of quinoa and salad greens with a tasty and slightly spicy ginger sauce. I wanted to try the kombucha marg, but they were out, so I settled for the proof marg which came highly recommended by my server. It didn't disappoint! The service was quick and friendly as well. They definitely have the best crab cakes I have ever had in this area. They were mostly crab! Delicious. We both had their fresh catch special. It was scallops on a bed of potatoes with like 3 tasty sauces. We each tried a couple poll leading different cocktails. I felt like I was in Portland or Seattle. Not Tri-Cities.
