I don't know about their mechanics or how good they are at fixing the bikes, but the personnel that are working out front really could care less. I really hope you read this. My mom's last name is Bingham and she was upset to be even associated. Take it for what you want, no one showed any interest and no one cared when we were there. And you wonder why you only have a select few of people coming in your doors. Now you know. This is the Salt Lake location. I called beforehand to let them know that I would be stopping by at some point that day, I asked a bunch of questions and they made me feel like I was some type of simpleton.
