I ordered the Tacx Neo 2T for Christmas because it was cheapest in their site. I chose UPS 2nd Air but they can only do UPS ground on this size of an item. They emailed me to notify me that they needed to change the shipping. I told them to mail it to a different address since I would be visiting family during the holiday. Masherz had the best final price (after applying a 25% discount code) on 38cm Ritchey Superlogic Evo Curve drop handlebars. Normally my search for the best deals ends up at Wiggle, Merlin or some other UK-based online shop. Not this time. Processing the order took a week, but they're mainly an LBS based somewhere in Utah. Not a big deal considering the heavy discount compared to any other US-based dealer. 38cm drop bars are also very tough to find in stock anywhere because they are so narrow. Once shipped, the handlebars arrived quickly. I would definitely order from Masherz again. * I think I've bought from Masherz once before via eBay. * I normally run 42cm handlebars, but am a recent convert to extremely narrow bars for my shoulders. read more

I have now called him 3 times to kindly ask for the refund and each time he tells me he will get right to it and he never does. Doug has still not refunded me the price of the shoes! BECAREFUL when placing an order. I ordered a Zipp SL Sprint stem on June 4. call two days later to confirm if it was getting shipped. I was told that their "online" personnel was not available till monday. Called monday and was told it was going to be shipped out tuesday. Finally on wednesday, it said "shipping label printed" its now monday again and still "printing label printed" wth. its been 9 days already. finally decided to cancel and will definitely never order from this shop. Doug who had no problem cancelling the order cancelled it today per my request. Had it been shipped out already, he would have refused to do a refund. instead it was so simple. Excellent customer service throughout the process and the pricing was just as good. I ordered online with Masherz after coming across a listing for a seatpost that I had been looking for for quite a while. The sale price posted was better than anywhere else that I had found. I was a little nervous ordering from here since I didn't know anything about the business. However, after doing a lot of research and finding positive feedback on places like Yelp, bulletin boards, and other postings, I decided to give them a try. Couldn't be happier. There were a few options on graphics and length for the seatpost. I was hoping for a certain graphic and a shorter post but they were currently out of that option. I reached out to Doug, the contact at the company, and he told me he would try to get exactly what I wanted but would take a couple of weeks as the product became available again. I was willing to wait and Doug came through. Sent me exactly what I wanted and still charged me the same sales price although the sale was over. Product received was exactly as described and just what I wanted. The only hiccup was that the package was missing some assembly compound for the post. I reached out to Doug and he immediately sent me a packet of it at no charge. I would definitely order from here again and plan to do so for future purchases. This may be my new honorary LBS. Masherz is definitely worth going to. The sales staff listens to what you need in a bike and helps you find what is right for you. The service doesn't end there. I have had problems with my feet going numb on longer rides. The staff there was willing to provide me with test products to see if there was improvement. This is important to me because I can try out a product before paying for it. Bikes and accessories can get expensive. It is so much better when you can try the product first. Oh Masherz, how I wanted to love you. Close to my newly purchased home, a seller of Jamis bikes, not overpriced, and attentiveness to a female in your store without treating me like an idiot (which, having been a bike mechanic for 2 years & a cyclist for 14 years now, I definitely am not)...that earns you 4 stars. However, first time I went in you had no basic, matching road tires in stock. You know, just the $20/each type which should be a staple stock item? Minus a star. You did order them in when you said you would (the next week), so that earns the star back. Unfortunately, when I went in the second time to buy the tires, you were out of rim tape. Whaaaa? Minus a star. You ordered them in when you said you would tho, so again, you earn the star back. Then, for my third visit to pick up the rim tape, I discovered you only had plastic, 700c rim strips, not cloth tape and not anything to fit a 26". Super fail. Minus a star. Naturally you offered to order something you should already have in stock but frankly, I don't have the time to keep going back over and over. In fact, if you weren't located on my normal route home from daily errands and I had ever gone out of my way to patronize your store, I would be LIVID and give you one star instead of 3. As it is, looks like I'll have to find another shop who knows to carry at least the bare minimum. (Oh, & did I mention I know what the bare minimum should be because I've worked in a few bike shops?) That's quite unfortunate for both of us since my entire family rides bikes and we will be in the neighborhood for the next 5 years. read more

I made an order with cost around $170. I received shipping notification about one week later. That seems slow. I watched tracking for over a week and never saw status change from waiting for package drop off. I contacted Masherz. Email responses have been courteous. I was told they're unsure what has happened because they had dropped off my package. Nearly one month after ordering the tracking information still has not changed and I'm still out $170 without receiving my item. Latest- I asked to simply have my money refunded which Masherz rep agreed. That was almost one week ago. I have not gotten a refund. I want to continue to have faith in Masherz, that maybe USPS misplaced the package upon Masherz dropping it off. But Masherz has also failed twice in addition. They said they'd make another shipment of my order to please me but they did not. They also did not actually refund my money after saying they would. I'd rather have donated my money to a good cause rather than just hand it over to some business I thought I could trust. read more

After finding out that the shoes I ordered were actually out of stock, I was contacted and very apologetically told I could either get a refund or wait about a week until the shoes arrived at the warehouse. They were shipped immediately upon receipt, but of course went MIA thanks to USPS.
