Brady, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He made the buying process easy, straightforward, and pressure-free. On top of that, their pricing was excellent, which made the decision even easier. It's rare to find a shop that combines great service, great knowledge, and great prices, but Bountiful Bicycle absolutely delivered. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to crash the bike on my 5th ride. Totally my fault. But Bountiful Bicycle came through again. Their team worked on it, wrapped it perfectly, and got it back to me looking brand new. The service manager did an incredible job and made sure everything was dialed. From the sale to the service after the fact, these guys have earned my business. I thought I wanted a hybrid bike but after him asking different questions and understanding my preferences, I actually bought a mountain bike and I'm so glad I did. He was extremely personable and willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I appreciated the time he took to bring down different bikes to test ride different sizes to make sure I was satisfied. Then another coworker helped me find the best fitting helmet.
