Donnie is one of the best to deal with in Utah. He's honest, friendly and I would take any of my machines to him without hesitation.

I reached out about a GSX‑8R listed on Marketplace and was instructed by the listing to contact…read moreBlake directly for pricing and financing. From the very beginning, I asked clear, reasonable questions and stated multiple times that I wanted everything in writing before a phone call. Instead of answers, my messages were repeatedly read and reacted to, but completely ignored for days at a time. The only thing I received were pictures -- not a single one of my actual questions was answered. I followed up multiple times because I was genuinely interested and had funds ready to buy a new bike. Each time, I could see my messages were read, sometimes "hearted," yet no response came. That is not a communication issue -- that is choosing not to respond. Eventually, Blake explained that he was on vacation in Mexico and claimed he passed my information to his sales manager, Broc, to handle the sale. Despite that, I still was not contacted for days. No text, no voicemail, no email. I was called once while I was at work, but no voicemail was left, so I couldn't even confirm who the call was from. Communication still did not improve. The only reason Broc eventually reached out at all was because I contacted a different YoungPowersports location myself. Only then did anyone seem to realize I was a serious buyer. That shows a complete lack of internal follow‑through and accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am younger than both Blake and Broc, yet I communicated more professionally than either of them. I was respectful, clear, patient, and persistent -- and still ignored. I literally just wanted to buy a new bike. I had the money ready. This should have been an easy sale. Blake eventually apologized and admitted the service was poor, but an apology doesn't undo days of being ignored, wasted time, or a lost sale. If this is how YoungPowersports treats someone actively trying to give them money, I would be very concerned about how they handle customers after the sale. This experience shows poor communication, poor management oversight, and a lack of professionalism from both Blake and Broc. Serious buyers should be aware that even with money in hand, you may be ignored, reacted to instead of answered, and left to chase down basic information yourself.

I was helped by staff and also the manager Jeff is a great guy glad to work with this company.read more

We came in to specifically look at a Honda Pioneer. We were at the dealership for over two hours…read more They were unable to find the key for the machine. I got a call back a day later they said we found the key come on down . We are ready to purchase the day we were in there . Explained that I was disappointed in the debacle about the key . I have full text threads of the behavior of their sales agents Who actually disrespected me via text. What they don't understand is I am a retired guy and I buy Power Sports. I even requested an apology and got nothing. I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.

Long story short- we were looking to buy 6 bikes... SIX! Five dirt bikes and one street. We…read moreoriginally went to Young's Powersports XL and were working with them for 2 weeks but the numbers kept changing and they couldn't give a satisfying and logical explanation for why that was- one day the MSRP is this, the next it's that. Also the freight/dealership fees would fluctuate from one write up to the next. It was really annoying and I basically didn't even want the bikes anymore. Aside from this, they (Young's) had a week to track down one bike in particular; a KLX300 dual sport. They didn't. On the day we came in to purchase they clearly had JUST asked a sister dealership about the 300. Well guess what? The 300 sold. This led hubby to finding Karl Malone. They had a 300 they needed to build. We had them build it, got the pricing solidified and picked it up a couple of days later. It was so easy working with them we began to wonder if they had the rest of the bikes we wanted. So when we went to pick up the 300, we asked about the other bikes and discovered they had everything but the KLX230S. It took us less than 2 hours to make a deal on 4 bikes!! They were straight forward with the negotiations and our sales guy, Scott, was great to work with. He was responsive and straightforward- 2 qualities we value and appreciate. Regretfully, I did end up buying the 230S from Young's because we didn't want to wait for that bike. But the other 5 bikes we got from Karl Malone- and I only wish we'd found them sooner. It would've saved us from the headaches, frustration and mind games Young's plays.
