She has destroyed my sisters self confidence and is teaching the other girls how to be toxic as well. My sister injured her back trying to give 100% to her team, she ended up with an over use injury, took a few weeks off and when she came back she was chastised, mocked, and humiliated for not performing like she was prior to the injury. The other girls are taught to pressure and bully the ones who are not performing up to "standard" or beyond, mind you these girls are ranging between the ages of 12 and 19, still developing minds and trying to find their identity. I understand being in a very competitive environment you need to be pushed to your limits to win championships, but when it gets to a point of abuse.. that's where I draw the fucking line.
