He did NONE of this. Additionally, when he nailed in one of the replacement heel caps, he split the heel of the shoe and now it's all uneven and broken. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!!

Then on my next visit, I asked for a private lesson where I could design a copper bowl on my own and re-make my silver snake ring into a bracelet. The ring was gorgeous, but was a bit heavy for my finger. Now the beautiful light bracelet is just perfect! The abstract bowl I made is also very much to my style. But I certainly appreciated the technique Rene taught me in making the proper round bowl. We found Fibrenew on a Google search with great ratings so we used their website submittal form and…read moresent in photos of our two couches highlighting the repairs needed. Sy responded via email and scheduled an in-person visit in order to give a more accurate estimate of the cost for the repairs. After his visit, he emailed us a formal estimate to include repairing some holes and surface damage along with redying the seat cushions that were worn. The price seemed a bit more than we were anticipating but less than the cost of new couches. Sy indicated it would be 3-4 hours to complete the work. Upon scheduling the repair, he arrived and got right to work. The patching was done first, then surface repair and sanding followed by the final dying. It seemed to take a bit longer than first estimated, but once it was completed, the color match was very close. We were instructed to stay off the couches for about 3 days to allow the repair and dyed areas to cure and stabilize. The texture of the leather is different from the original feel of the other areas that weren't repaired, but it seems durable and definitely better than when it was worn and torn. We are happy with the work and would use Sy's service again if the need arose. It should be noted that the photos attached to this review are for two separate couches with two "before" and two "after" photos (one before photo is mislabeled as after)

He was out running an errand when I called and he said he would be back in about 10 minutes. He showed up as promised and was very professional in every way. Besides being a good looking, well groomed young man, he was courteous and not only did a great job, but you could tell that he takes pride in his work. He asked me if I wanted the regular shine for $7 or executive for $12... I opted for the executive which he explained involved removing the laces, and cleaning the tongue and the crevices on the sides of the tongue and polishing the tongue as well, and using a higher quality product. I have had my shoes shined several times by professionals and Adrian rates among the best. He took great care to cover and buff every scuff, burn off any fuzz from stitching, polish to a very professional shine and apply edge dressing perfectly even, smooth and straight! He was grateful for my business and truly thankful for the tip that he very much deserved. If you are a professional that likes your shoes to look just right, but don't do a lot of flying and seeing shoe shines in airports, I very much recommend Adrian. The end product today???
