It really seems that nobody there cares whatsoever, even the people that are supposed to be helping. They would rather look the other direction when people walk in. It's unfortunate, I was planning on buying bikes for my family, but I will never go back there again. 25 minutes just for somebody to even realize my son and I were there! That's just ridiculous. I don't know about their mechanics or how good they are at fixing the bikes, but the personnel that are working out front really could care less. I really hope you read this. My mom's last name is Bingham and she was upset to be even associated. Take it for what you want, no one showed any interest and no one cared when we were there. And you wonder why you only have a select few of people coming in your doors. Now you know. This is the Salt Lake location. I called beforehand to let them know that I would be stopping by at some point that day, I asked a bunch of questions and they made me feel like I was some type of simpleton. Little do they know I design bikes for a very prestigious company in West Ogden. They know what company I'm talking about. Good luck, Bingham! Stop being so cocky to customers, some people just want to buy some bikes. If anyone reads this, please look elsewhere for your bike, there are some real Mom pop shops that actually care. read more

Went to check out some BMX bikes for my daughter. The manager Dave taught us alot about bikes as he was really knowledgeable. We went to other places to see our options but ultimately came back to Bingham because of Dave. He was trustworthy and gave us a phenomenal deal. I'm a customer for life. read more

I took my son's razor scooter 2 times to be fixed. First time it was fine. Lasted 6 months. The 2nd time it was flat again within a week. I took it back asked if they vould have done something wrong because it was leaking out the valve stem. Of course the answer was no. Then she told me it was going to cost more because it was too hard to work with the electric part of the scooter. I understand the reasoning for that. I took it to my friend to get fixed. The liner was bunched it popped the tube and the tube they put in was not thepuncture proof tire I asked for. it was a specialty thin tube. It was their fault that it leaked. I found a new bike repair shop. read more

Piss poor. My mother took an old Schwinn in to get tubes, tires, updated a bit. Nope, told to buy tubes off eBay and the attitude was don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out, service "with a grimace" from these folks. Why go to a mom and pop bike shop except for perhaps this kind of service? Not to get a good deal on a bike certainly!! In the days of Amazon and big box stores?? Won't ever darken their doorstep again. Every time I drive by no one else seems to be either. I took mine and my wife's bike in for repair. Hers needed a new chain and a cable, my rear brakes needed new brake pads. Initial time was two or three days I Picked it up the next day. read more

Had to stop by to pick up a pair of socks from a local bike shop. My first try at the north Ogden location was a no-go, just smalls and XLs. This shop had a great selection of socks. The rest of the shop was open and looked well stocked. If I were local, this would probably be my bike shop. read more

1 cuz I have ta. Go in this place yesterday with the kids and husband in 9-3-16 labor day weekend. We walk in no greetings from a single soul. Three other people in there including a child of the 2 ladies. My husband is looking for stuff to fix his bike and our oldest sons bike and I'm interested in a beach cruiser like bike. We stand around and stand around walk around and yada yada yada. While the kids start to get bored after about 10 minutes of walking around, take them outside. There's a guy helping a lady out there choose a bike. My five year old son says why is it taking so long? I say because obviously nobody wants to help us. We are standing right next to the employee helping the lady look at her new possible bike. Does not look our way does not seem to care. I go in ask my husband if nobody is seriously going to even look at us or give us any possible potential help? He says it doesn't look like it. We have been there almost 20 minutes at this point no one looks at us no one has said anything to us or even acknowledge our presence. Pissed off, irritated and feeling completely ignored we leave this place. Looked online found a place in Layton that had from the Better Business Bureau and other places in rating.Go there. Wonderful wonderful great help instantly walk into the door and got a greeting. Walked in and out within less than three minutes looking for everything that we wanted. No I didn't get the bike that I wanted however I was spoiled by the first place I went to which was Bingham cycle. DON'T BOTHER THEY WONT.... read more

I had a small issue with my bike but figured I would still need to be checked in and left there over night as I knew they were SUPER busy. The gentleman at the counter immediately jumped on the task and said he would get it done ASAP, which even kept him there late. I usually feel terrible and will just come at a later time if that's the case but they insisted I stay as it was no problem. While waiting I found great deals on some accessories and Yakima gear. My bike works great now and I'm all set for this year! Thanks guys read more

We moved to Utah about a year ago right before winter and decided to get our double jogging stroller tires fixed up at Bingham's. We paid for the extra sealant and puncture proof tires because I didn't want my wife to stress about it. This summer the tires went flat a few times and we had to take it in a few times because we couldn't fix it (and we tried what they told us). They went flat again and I'm done spending time and money without getting what I paid for. I just wanted a refund as the tires weren't doing what I needed and the lady working (who also was the one who helped us with the tires last time) said we had a 30 day warranty so sorry. So they only stand behind puncture proof tires with sealant for 30 days? I expected much more quality but didn't get it. I expected better customer service but didn't get it. I'm no bike specialist and depended on them but was let down. All they could say was sorry. read more

I've patronized Bingham for a few years. Bought a new Enduro there last year with a service contract and have been super impressed with their service and quality. I like that they "specialize" in Specialized mountain bikes and only sell that brand (at least for mountain/road bikes). The apparel and accessories selection isn't great but I buy all that stuff online anyway. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I was visiting Utah from Virginia for three weeks and shipped my bike to keep up my training schedule for Ironman. When I put the bike back together I had some shifting issues with my rear derailluer. Bingham's was the closest shop to where I was staying and they took the bike about an hour before closing and tried to get it fixed. The part they had didn't fit, but they had it finished almost as soon as they opened the next day (a Saturday). Awesome service and awesome cost for getting the bike out next day. Can't get that kind of service in Virginia! 5 stars for an awesome crew at Bingham's! read more
