I use my Rad for every day commuting and I have logged well over 2000 miles over the past 9 months. Travis has been there every step of the way ensuring my bike is running at peak performance. After 1300 miles I had Travis do a tune up on my rad. He diagnosed several problems and acted as an intermediary with corporate Rad to ensure all warrantied parts were replaced and the bike was restored to good health. I have since had him tune up my Rad at the 2000-mile marker and also asked him to tune up my Cannondale. I'll never use another mechanic again! last year I bought a brand new BMC that gave me so many issues due to poor mechanics which ultimately led to my bike breaking during the Lotoja and I had to drop out. Thats where I met Travis for the first time. during the race he was so helpful and I had him fully rebuild my bike afterwards. I haven't had a single issue since. He now services all my other bikes and keeps me on the road/mountain training my hardest. Travis is a class act. His service is not only great when he shows up can care for your bike. But afterwards, the great service continues. Travis continues to check in with you on to make sure everything is going well. He always answers his phone and ready to answer any question or provide any support he can. I can tell that he treats my bike the same as he would his own. Whatever repair he has done the bike comes back to my door all clean and ready to go. I had broken the internal nipples on my carbon wheels and was getting the run around from local shops who didn't have the parts and it would be weeks before parts would be in and/or service could be scheduled. I had a race in a few days and Travis swung by my house in the evening and he not only had the compatible parts I needed, but fixed me up quickly right there on the spot! The isn't much on 2 wheels with pedals that he hasn't seen and fixed.
