They also were kind enough to offer a military discount. I'd definitely come again for all my biking needs because the service and selection was amazing

Matt the owner took the hub apart and said nothing was wrong. The owner is a huge dumb ass lier He said the bike was running great which I can prove was a big lie Mechanics there are inexperience, rude and incapable. The main The hub splines were badly worn up and the Rip off owner kept they want is to rip you off by putting parts on the bike charging more and more. I finally took the bike to Bountiful Cycle in Kaysville and the hub was worn out replaced and repaired right by Joseph. Also I brought in my valve stems to change my winter tires from tubes. They lost my valve stems and charged me. They also lost one of my tubes. The owner usually gives you the old parts back but refused because I could prove the old parts were fine. Do not even bother w these clowns I Just called the owner and the owner started yelling and hung up when I requested my tube and valve stems back and I asked for a refund. I believe he knew the hub was shot but did not have anyone to fix it. These guys just want to make money on the easy stupid stuff and then send real upper level riders somewhere else. I believe The owner hires more and more young womon (half his age) so he can flirt all day w/ them. This shop is a bunch of scum bag rip offs I will be taking this shop to court for fraud

The only drawback is that they only service their brand of ebike…read more I stopped in to find out about scheduling a tuneup of my ebike but they can't because my RadRunner Plus isn't a Pedego bike. There were 2 employees at the Ogden store and they took genuine interest in my ebike experiences and riding around the Ogden area. While we were talking I was looking around for ideas to add to my ebike (and did buy a black rack bag that I have really liked). I enjoyed talking about our ebikes even though I am an old fat man and didn't have near the experience they did and enjoyed their insights and suggestions.

In the process of getting it cleaned up and ready to ride, I discovered the battery was dead. I was delighted to discover that there was a new Pedego dealership in Ogden, so took the bike and charger in. They put a different battery in and it rode fine, so it was confirmed that it was the battery that was the issue. Rather than immediately selling me a new battery, to the tune of many hundreds of dollars, they sent the battery out for testing, discovered it was salvageable, replaced a broken switch on it, and the bike was good to go. When I pulled out my credit card to pay, they told me there was no charge. I was astounded! They even loaded the bike onto my car rack, which is no small thing, since it weighs about 55 pounds and I'm a 70-year-old woman and it was all I could do to load it up myself to take it in! Such over-the-top customer service has made me a fan for life! Thanks guys!

It's unfortunate, I was planning on buying bikes for my family, but I will never go back there again. 25 minutes just for somebody to even realize my son and I were there! That's just ridiculous. I don't know about their mechanics or how good they are at fixing the bikes, but the personnel that are working out front really could care less. I really hope you read this. My mom's last name is Bingham and she was upset to be even associated. Take it for what you want, no one showed any interest and no one cared when we were there. And you wonder why you only have a select few of people coming in your doors. Now you know. This is the Salt Lake location. I called beforehand to let them know that I would be stopping by at some point that day, I asked a bunch of questions and they made me feel like I was some type of simpleton. Little do they know I design bikes for a very prestigious company in West Ogden. They know what company I'm talking about. Good luck, Bingham! Stop being so cocky to customers, some people just want to buy some bikes. If anyone reads this, please look elsewhere for your bike, there are some real Mom pop shops that actually care.
