I have had years of experience when it comes to customer service, and I am not impressed with this facility at all. My bike was their 2 months and in those two months I never got a call about what they were doing or if my bike was even being worked on, I always had to call for an update. Then on my last call the owner said my bike will be ready to pick up the next day and that they performed all the work that I asked. Prior to arriving to pick up my bike I was never told all the work wasn't done until I had paid and was getting ready to push my bike out of the shop. Frustrated, upset, and feeling completely mislead and taken advantage of, I called the shop after getting home to ask why the work wasn't completed and with a very unprofessional tone and attitude I was told that "because I wouldn't stop calling and kept bugging them for an update" is why they didn't finish the repair, which sucks because I still paid as if the repair was complete. The icing on the cake was when Ryan told me I could bring my bike back to have them work on it more after I had already loaded and unloaded my bike at home.. Sorry but not sorry to leave a negative review, you had a chance to make it right and blew it! never calling even once, or by not being honest with me prior to me paying and picking up my bike. Even with the referral of a very good friend who has been doing business with this shop for years, I cannot and will not refer anyone to this business ever again

Then said the seized cable was all repaired. Got to the lake and the steering was worse than when the boat was dropped off. We did a whole steering replacement on the lake. Bolts were never undone to the steering box. Couldn't even take steering box apart. So how did the mechanic know there was a broken tooth? His lie cost us $500 extra dollars and two days on the lake. Never use this guy.

I was unemployed at the time with no money, the boat motor was my retired dad's who was trying to pay some medical bills. We could have sold the motor with a diagnostic as is, I had to borrow money from family members to get it out. I question it even needed most of the work done as other than not being run for a few years, it had been meticulous winterized and cared for since new. Complaining to management when picked up got me nothing but deadpan and a sour look. We now use Dick's marine in Layton for all our needs. At least no deadpan, sour looks and flippant attitudes.

The units are long, tall and wide - and the best part...they each come with power. If you need to plug in an engine block heater for a vehicle in the winter, power tools, maybe a fridge...then this is perfect! Nearly all of the new "fancy" storage units popping up all over the place now do not have power available. It's pretty tough these days to find storage units that come with power. Also, there is no extra charge for the power usage. The space between each row of units is quite wide - PLENTY of room to maneuver your toys and the. back them into your unit space. There are security cameras in all corners of the lot. Also adding to the security is the fact that it's well-lit at night. The manager lives onsite, so it's easy to get help with any concerns you may have. There are 2 separate entrances/exits requiring that a passcode be entered upon coming and going. Location is also great - just off of HWY 193 in Layton means it'll only take you a couple of minutes to get on I-15 or 89 to go use those toys.
