I took my road bike in that had not been ridden in close to 20 years. I had gained weight and my carbon fiber frame was not up to my 330 lbs. I have lost 100 lbs over the past couple years on my e-bike and I wanted my roadie back. The cleaned, lubed and changed out my rubber and chain and got it running great. Don't order from the online store. They don't know if they have the inventory and take a week to respond. I ordered an important part for a race that they had in stock online. I emailed them a couple times about the order and received no response back for a week telling me the item was out of stock and my order was already refunded. They had not even refunded my order and I had to contact paypal to get my money back. Meanwhile I missed the item on other sites and now it is sold out everywhere. I know it is a bike boom and parts are scarce but online inventory control is very easy to get right... Don't put up items you don't have. read more

Never take your bike here. This place price gouges, has a few competent employees. You can find the same parts online at a 200% markup. Stay away from this place. Wait three weeks for a tune, had to take it back due to gears. When I take it back with a flat after supposed self sealing inner tube, technician sells me wrong $40 inner tube. This is the same owners as Bikers Edge in Kaysville which I've had problems with as well. Drive to downtown or go somewhere else. You'll be grateful you did. read more

My spouse and I walked into this place looking to buy a bike. There were 2 other customers here. No one acknowledged us, we continued to walk around, it's not much of a shop, not many bikes on display. I walk toward the sales guy to make he saw us and he looked up and then looked away. That was our cue to leave. Bad customer service! It's ok to say "HI" or "I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" just acknowledge! Customer service is the KEY! I will not ever come here again. read more

I loved it there! I came in for a brake adjustment and new pedals. They helped me with what I needed and then some. I'm a total newbie when it comes to a lot of the stuff, so they made sure to fit me and gave me a crash course on clipping in and out. Customer service, bike and accessory selection is amazing at the Bountiful location. Brady runs a great store and shop. With the Kaysville store closer proximity to my home, I have purchase one SWorks frame from that shop. Whenever I need a quick tune, adjustment etc or other need tires etc I am able to drop into BB- Kaysville. This shop is technical and customer service centric. Chase has been amazing as well as the all of the Kaysville team. Product support after the purchase is amazing as well. I'm was not a bike person but I bought a cheap bike at Costco to force myself. I tried to put it together myself and somehow attached the brake lines backwards..woops! I went into another bike shop (across the street from this one) and they treated me like I was stupid so I left and came to Bountiful Bicycle. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
