PROLOOK uniforms are awesome. I've worn them for 3 years at Orem High School and we have the coolest jerseys and are majorly dope!

The staff are super helpful and friendly which makes the shopping experience all the better. I was glad to see they were also taking precautions by wearing masks and gloves. This store is one of the best surplus stores that I have ever found. I didn't know what to expect but I always like to discover new places. It was so much bigger inside than it appeared outside. I needed to update my camping equipment and I found a modular sleep system in excellent condition at a really reasonable price. I had a dog tag made for my doggo and that was very interesting to watch them make it on a really old authentic machine. I looked around and tried to remember everything that they carry so that I know where to find it in the future. I met a soldier there that arrived home and was moved by his story. All in all a really good experience. I would recommend Uncle Sam's Army Navy as a great place to shop. This time I came in to find some cold weather gear because I'm heading out on a backpacking trip and didn't want to freeze out in the cold. They actually have an excellent selection of thermals and polypro head to toe. I got geared up and also got some waterproof gore-tex to keep dry. Basically was able to find everything I needed for my camping trip in one place which was great.

They have great service and a an awesome selection of sporting and surplus military gear.read more

Fanzz has the distinct advantage of not having direct competition at the Provo Town Centre mall. Sure there's the Champs Sports, but that's more based on the athletes not, ahem, the fanzz. There's at the amazing Platinum Sports, but they are focused on collector memorabilia. Fanzz at PTC is lucky, as other Fanzz in other malls have to deal with Lids, Pro Image Sports, and the rest. If you are a fan of the Utah Jazz, obviously, you'll find a lot here. And, as expected in Provo, there is a significantly larger amount of BYU Cougars gear in the joint: jerseys, tees, caps, hats, magnets, and about a billion other Coug accessories. If you are a fan of the big-gun teams, you'll also find a variety of stuff (especially jerseys): Broncos, Raiders, Cowboys, Warriors, Yankees, etc. I really wanted to give 4 stars so I could say "Yay! I am a fan" but, alas, the combination of overpricing and unoriginality will not allow me. =I mean, why would I pay full retail here when, at the least, I can pay the same at home in my PJs? I'm guessing Fanzz thrives on the impulse or the I-didn't-know-I-needed-it-until-I-saw-it purchases. I've walked out of Fanzz, Lids, and Pro Image Sports stores with stuff before, but not today. There was nothing special for the offering at Fanzz, at least not for me. Still, Fanzz has a lot of high-quality stuff that will keep the local sports fans happy.

They said yes, bring in the bike. I drove 4 hrs to drop off my bike at T3 location and they took my bike. I got a call 30 min later saying, "sorry but we no longer are affiliated with Tribike transport" I called Shaun, the owner and all I wanted was an apology for his mistake of taking my bike and for saying they were affiliated with Tribike Transport. He said he won't apologize for their mistake. And if I wanted that apology that's too bad. We found Hangar bike shop who decided to help us out and they were super friendly!

Branching out a little, I stumbled on this shop, just up the street from the the Orem Center street exit. I reserved the bike online and was able to pick it up only a few hours later. The staff in the shop was very friendly and helpful. They gave some great tips and went the extra mile to make sure I had a bike that fit me in spite of being on the short size. The rental time frames are generous (I got mine for over 48 hours) and the prices were decent. The only inconvenience was that I could only get the online checkout to list two pickup times. Other than that hiccup, it was a great experience. I would recommend it to a friend, and hope to use them the next time my brother or dad visits.

There was one package price listed. I ordered them as such. I then received a shipping notification for the bindings with a separate price. I called immediately to cancel the order as I knew that having bindings mounted was not cheap. This was not what I budgeted for. I was told that everything was shipped, so the order could not be cancelled, but to call back when I received everything for an adjustment or to return the equipment. Btw, when ordering I was offered a 15% coupon, but then at checkout was told it didn't apply to my order. When I received the order, I checked with local ski shops and $100 was the lowest price I could find for mounting. I spent a half hour on the phone with a polite, understanding customer service rep inquiring about some type of credit. $25 was the offer. I pointed out how the ad was misleading, an offered coupon was not honored, and it would cost them more if I returned everything. I simply wanted at least half of the mounting cost reimbursed. The most frustrating aspect of this customer service interaction was that a supervisor will not get on the phone. The poor rep had to keep going back and forth. When she told me she could escalate the issue to a supervisor, I readily agreed, but she pointed out they would respond by email! THEY WILL NEVER GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!!! Sorry, that's horrible policy and I would discourage anyone from patronizing this business.

Beware when ordering ski boots as part of a package deal…read more Be sure of availability of sizes of ski boots with a package your purchase. I returned my boots and wanted to get the next size up. Since there were none available in my size, I received a refund (based on package pricing (about $80). If I want to get a larger size boot, I need to select another model/brand and pay the regular (non-package deal price), which means will need to spend approximately $200 more for a comparable boot, not including the $44 it cost to ship the first pair back. I do not recommend purchasing boots if you are not absolutely sure of the size you need. When I asked about the return, customer service said "We always recommend to go in and try different boots on before purchasing online". I was never given (nor saw online) this recommendation.
