A Must-Visit Brewery Gem! Prolific Brewing is hands down the best brewery around -- no question. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. Evan was absolutely amazing. He's personable, passionate, and clearly pours his heart into this place alongside his wife and their co-owners. They took over in March and have truly transformed the space into something special. You can feel the love in every pour. The beer lineup is outstanding. * The Oktoberfest was handmade in-house and full of rich, smooth flavor. * My wife had the DE LUZ Double IPA, which packed bold, balanced flavor. * The Hazy IPA was another standout -- refreshing and packed with depth. * And we couldn't leave without trying the Sangria and their incredible Christmas Red Blend, which was so good we ended up ordering a full glass. Why you should come: * Passionate owners who care about every detail. * Top-notch craft beers made with love. * Fun seasonal flavors and unique blends you won't find anywhere else. * A welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. If you love supporting local gems, this is the spot. Prolific Brewing deserves to be packed every weekend.

I had no idea that this brewery is what used to be Ironfire until I was there. It had several tables around to sit but it wasn't super busy so I sat at the bar. It was pretty warm inside so a nice cold beer sounded great. I had a P.O.G.y style and it was tasty and refreshing. I'll be back.

Great service, great beer! Ambiance could use some work but truly you go to a brewery for good beer. There wasn't one we didn't like.

My personal favorites are the Double IPA (so smooth with the perfect amount of hop!) and their Sangria, which is dangerously good.

There was about 30 of us that came in on a Sunday. This was a pretty busy spot with families, kids sports teams, pups, everyone was here. Somehow we managed to get 3 bench tables for our big group. I was deciding between a few drink options but decided on the guava cider, pretty delightful. I also got some carne asada nachos. The nachos were huge, not spicy, but good flavor. I'll definitely have to come back and check out the other drinks and a smash burger or pretzel.

They have benches that are great for groups. You have two sides you can order from and over all it's a pretty cool spot. The service is good, and the food comes out rather quick. Everyone seems really nice and gave suggestions too. The beers were decent, I'm more of a stout guy but got one of their blonds and it was ok, but they don't have a huge selection but you can see they stick to lighter beers. The food was actually pretty good, sometimes breweries don't have great food but the pretzel was actually pretty good with the dips. The fries/ ships were interesting they were soft and slightly crispy. Some friends got the nachos and they were decent too. We all enjoyed our time here while they did a little Ren Fair and I'm sure we will come back.

I personally like mead more than wine, and upon my visit to Temecula, I was excited to be able to try this place! We came in during a lull, and the owner Derek was there to personally serve us. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an excellent maker of mead. He even has a variety of fun events you can sign up for like Viking nights where they have axe throwing and turkey legs, as well as Mead-Making classes with the man himself. We went with two of the flights: the new seasonal flavors and the classics. I was a big fan of the seasonal flavors, they were sweet and crisp, and the different fruit flavors really shone through. I liked the Thor's Courage the best of the classics flight, it was a sparkling mead that tasted the most like just classic honey mead. We asked for a recommendation based on our likes, and he offered us a glass of the Golden Butter Bee Mead, and it tasted as good as it sounded. It kinda was what I think Butterbeer should taste like. We ended up taking a bottle home. He also shared with us that he started his company in 2019, right before the pandemic, and he was able to survive by using his own truck to deliver mead all over the country. If that isn't a testament to his dedication to the craft and the quality of the mead, I'm not sure what is. Will definitely be back when I'm by Temecula, and I want to try to make one of the events sometime soon!

I could not have been more happy to have had the chance to come here! Derek is extremely friendly, and Batch Mead hosts multiple monthly events from their viking nights to their mead making courses; he is so incredibly knowledgeable in his craft, it is delightful to just sit and take the time to listen to him talk about his passion. Built into an industrial park (like many breweries today), the decor was incredibly tasteful and I really appreciated what he was able to do with the space to make it warm and welcoming, down to the glasses he used to serve the drinks. Now to the Mead itself, we ordered two taster flights as well as a glass of the Golden Butter Mead. To sum up my feelings about the entire ensemble, absolute perfection! Of all the mead I have had (which is a surprisingly large amount), Batch Mead blew my mind. If I was ever to try and describe what good mead should be, Derek's would be what I was describing to a tea. They ranged from semi-sweet to very sweet, but were all absolutely amazing and worth the drive up to Temecula alone. I will not only be returning, but this will likely become a staple in my drinking rotation!

The atmosphere is relaxed and it's a nice place to hang out with friends for a meal or just grab a drink. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even though the place was a little busy. The first five minutes of the dinner were pleasant with instructions to order via QR code (no problem). However the issues with service were apparent immediately. Orders were placed for refreshments, appetizers, waters, etc. Within 20 mins food began to be delivered with no names/descriptions of the beverage or plate being delivered. Our group was left navigating who ordered what and determine what beer was what and finding the correct owner. Dinner plates delivered no place settings at the table, no condiments (ketchup) and no drinks for more than half of the table. That lefts us going to the bar to retrieve our own cutlery.... Going to the bar to request our waters and our sodas... even after three attempts to ask for our drinks (water, lemonade, soda) the drinks weren't brought out. Many members of our party had their dinner with NO refreshments. We actually ended up serving ourselves our drinks from a dispenser located outside... we also ended up refilling our own drinks Our water was finally brought out at the end of dinner.. It was the worst service I have EVER had. What a shame.
