I had visitors coming from abroad so I needed my HVAC to work as soon as possible. AES (confusing…read morebecause I believe it's Antey in Google maps) offered me a free diagnosis and they told me that I needed to replace the HVAC machines. So I had given a thought and decided to replace it. I called them on Friday afternoon to make an appointment to install a new HVAC. They came the next day, Saturday, and finished all in one day! It's some kind of next level service that we don't usually expect in the States. My only complaint is that they installed a new system so that I cannot run the AC unit while my louvered door is closed -- I will need to somehow change the door later after my guests leave. Recommended! Otherwise, friendly company, fast service as promised, paid by credit card.

If you're looking for an honest, fairly priced, and highly professional HVAC service, look no further--this is the team you want! From the very beginning, Ser and his team impressed me with their integrity and transparency. I had previously received quotes from a few other companies, all of which seemed unreasonably high and included a bunch of "urgent" upgrades that didn't sit right with me. When Seth came out, he took the time to carefully inspect the issue, explain everything clearly, and--most importantly--he didn't try to upsell or scare me into unnecessary repairs. It was immediately clear that he truly cares about doing right by his customers. What really stood out was how fairly priced their work was. Not only did I get a much better deal than what other companies quoted, but the pricing was straightforward and honest--no hidden fees or surprise charges. Seth walked me through every part of the estimate and was open to all of my questions. That kind of transparency is rare these days, and it gave me complete peace of mind. When it came time to do the work, the team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. They were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. Within hours, the issue was fixed perfectly, and my home was comfortable again. It's hard to find businesses that still operate with this level of honesty and integrity. Seth Air Conditioning has earned my trust completely, and I won't go anywhere else for HVAC needs in the future. If you want someone who treats you fairly, respects your time and your budget, and does top-quality work--call Seth at 818-606-5106. I truly can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Seth and team, for being the kind of company every homeowner hopes to find!

AND the start up time of the Carrier Infinity AC takes 5 minutes which is way longer than the old system it replaced. A waste of $15-20K spent. What they don't tell you is that while yes, the leak at the coil is under the coil manufacturers warranty, the labor to replace it is still well into the thousands!! This premature failure was due to them ordering and installing the wrong model evap coil to begin with. After install, they had to replace a valve on it so my heat pump would work.
