Bikes got less than 3k miles and is now damaged due to the negligence of this driver and company. As other reviewers have said, their phone staff is extremely rude, dismissive and they fail to provide all of the information needed to customers. The phone staff was rude to State Farm Roadside Assistance Agents on conference calls and also when addressing their own Tow Drivers at the point of pickup and payment! They're antiquated on payment methods. They can't scan cards. No SQUARE or phone pay methods. I wanted to use my Discover card and the woman who answered driver's call yelled WHAT KIND OF CARD IS THAT??!!! When the tow driver said Discover, she lost her ish. NO, NO, NO! WE ONLY TAKE CASH, VISA, MASTERCARDS! (Works n been nice to be told that 6 hours prior when scheduled my 3-4 hour vehicle pickup. I called Alien explained the situation agreed to take a tow truck that wasn't a roll-back and I said anything to expedite my situation. I was afraid of my car getting hit, it was close to the road.
