He was kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. When he arrived (right on time), the weather suddenly turned -- it started pouring rain just as he got the van loaded. Knowing how much the van meant to us, Jose took it upon himself to pull over under an overpass to let the heavy rain pass before continuing. One of the van's windows doesn't roll up all the way, and he made sure no water got inside. That extra care and attention meant so much.
