My husband called Tesla, who sent Elite Towing with the necessary flatbed tow truck to rescue me. Jay worked VERY hard to try to get juice from the dead 12-volt battery, but it was just d-e-a-d. It was then NOT a simple matter of hooking Tessie up onto the flatbed, because parked cars were blocking her on both sides and in front. Coincidentally, another person had called for a tow truck for her car, and the driver of that tow truck, from another towing company, helped us with getting my car out of the wedged-in location. Jay deserves huge thanks for enduring the heat and getting the job done under tough, HOT, circumstances!
