JD Towing showed excellent customer service. They helped us load and tie down a motorcycle onto our trailer. We brought extra help and didn't need them because JD Towing did it all. I was anxious even asking for help, but they offered before I could ask. Great guys with awesome professionalism and compassion. read more

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We were told 30 minutes after payment, but ended up waiting around for about five hours. After taking the money, they changed the plan and said they were no longer going to tow the vehicle to the house and would refund the payment instead. The police release had already been handled, so the constant delays and changing answers made no sense. Poor communication, wasted time, and terrible customer service. I would not use this tow yard again. read more

Horrendous customer support and entitled driver in truck 47 on the morning of 11/13/24. Driver actively got into arguments with nearby customers, employees, and then proceeded to block in twenty cars by blocking the parking lot exit. If that driver still has a job by tomorrow, you know the problem is far deeper than just the driver and the entire company should be removed from all AAA usage before they cause further problems for their customers. #AAA #CAA read more

JD Towing - Driver intently blocked traffic for over a half hour until Costco manager told him to remove it from the property before police arrived. - Towing Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I drive for DoorDash / Uber. I've had to call AAA a few times requesting a tow. Every time I do they send JD Towing. And I've been lucky to have Wayne sent every time. I feel like he's my own private tow truck guy! Haha I was going to have him tow my car all the way to Tempe and have it sit there until Monday because my shop is closed over the weekend. But he took one listen to the video that I had recorded and knew exactly what was wrong. Just a little teeny pebble in my tire. He fixed me right up and I was on my way home within 5 minutes of him getting there. I'm very grateful because if I don't have this car I can't work. And two days without it could have been devastating. Wayne is very personable and very professional. If I ever need a tow outside of AAA I will call JD Towing. Thanks again, Wayne! See you next time. read more

They have excellent customer service, the quality of the service is outstanding! No wait time!

RIPOFF!!!! My sons car was towed here after he got into a wreck. This place wants to charge you for every little thing they can. They are extremely insensitive to people that have been in a wreck and I'm sure there are some kind of kick backs from the mesa police for using them. They offer to buy your car for nothing then they resell it for much more money. They prey on those that are in a desperate situation. I really hope that the Mesa Police take these reviews into consideration and look for a towing company that is able to make money without ripping off the people that they tow. read more

SCAM‼‼‼ These guys don't gaf abt your crashed car, that 12:00 mornin deadline is bull shit and is a scam to hold your car in there tiny ass lot longer to charge you more and I didn't forget how they get a "quote" from there "guy" when they take out all the parts that is still good on your car and low ball you to make your situation even worse, my family member was involved in a car crash and these guys ended up having the car bc somehow they got a contract with the police and caused such a more headache especially the owner he's such a terrible liar and tries to get as much money out of you while smiling and doesn't give a shit abt your situation and just wants more money out of you I know this for fact because my family members whole radiator and hood was gone and looked like someone already went through the car after them holding it over the weekend.v read more

Driver almost ran us off the road and then someone else while trying to merge onto the freeway. Upon calling the guy didn't care and hung up after wanting to know which vehicle we were driving. What does that have to do with anything? He needed to get HIS driver off the road until he was in better condition to drive. They are clearly in the business of not giving an F. I use tow companies for my personal fleet of vehicles and have used them before....they will be removed as a vendor. read more

Had my car here when it was totaled in an accident. Guy that owns the shop was nice wish I would've gotten at least a couple of thousand for my car instead of only $600 but the clips on my engine was pushed back so that effected how much I could get for the car. But when I needed to get in and clean my car out they were super responsive read more

They are very unprofessional the owner was cussing at me when I called and complained about the damage his driver did to my vehicle the driver also said It was my problem. read more

My daughter broke down on the way to California outside of Tonopah, these guys were quick to get there even after I had canceled it once (car randomly started again) turns out it's a fuel pump. Brandon our tow driver was incredibly understanding and professional. He got the job done with style, I'm very pleased and happy that after a bad day it ended with someone that knew what they are doing and took pride on his work, it shows. I'd recommend these guys any day!! Thank you Brandon, great job. read more

Incredibly reaponsive. Professional. Excellent high quality tow vehicle. Great drivers. 5 Stars!

Oh my gosh! What amazing service! My 20ft box truck died along the road. I called at 10:30 pm and he was in the middle of a job. He said he would be done in about 2 hours and would call me back. Less then 2 hours later, I was headed down to meet him at my truck. When I got there my truck was already hooked up and he was waiting on me for the keys. By 1:30am we were back at my shop. They were able to back my huge truck in to my yard in one swoop. (I was totally worried we would have a problem getting it into my yard) In conversation about what was wrong with my truck, he opened the hood, messed around with fuel pump and filter, and vroooom....I was beyond impressed with every aspect of their service. He took a nightmare of a day and turned it into a great experience. I wish I would have just called them right off the bat instead of trying to mess around with my truck all day! read more

I rented a U-Haul from JD Towing on My Alyson. At pick up, the vehicle had bald tires, front left tire half flat with interior dashboard caution light illuminated, was dirty, hubcap missing, 3/4 tank gas, and from an operating standpoint, clearly unsafe to drive! I immediately contacted UHaul and was given the runaround for n hour on the phone. JD Towing not open or available. I checked the vehicle back in by phone and despite disputing the charges, was charged $42 for what????? Left vehicle at location. If you operate vehicles for rent thru U-Haul you are obligated by law to maintain them! U-Haul is not monitoring these vehicles or rentals. . Do not rent a U-Haul from this place. U-Haul has huge vicarious liability here and do not care about your safety. Maybe they are turning a blind eye. Just opening themselves to further legal issues and claims! read more

DO NOT USE THEM! We waited over 3 hours on the truck. We called them within the 45 mins it should have took to get here and the lady that works at the tow company said they should be here in 45 mins. Well 2 hours later we try calling and no one answered. Called the insurance company that hired them and they said that is a long wait. 3 hours later still no call and they want answer me or the insurance company. USAA had to call someone else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

We were stranded overnight on the highway In a RV. in the morning we were able to find JD towing. Very impressed with their service Esmeralda was very informative and very friendly They had two calls ahead of us but kept us informed of their ETA. We also had three passengers and they came with two trucks to make sure that no one was left behind. They were a bit pricey and no senior or military discount which would have helped out a lot. read more

This place is a joke. They're rude on the phone one and will lie to you about being able to get your car moved from their lot. It's quite a hassle to even find the location and even more of one to talK to them. I talked to them like 4 times in one day and when I got here they said no one was here. The cops are running a scam by using this company. I wouldn't trust this place and would wait to tow literally anywhere else. It's unfortunate that after an accident you are worried about way more than a tow and they take advantage of that. Also Jorge is the owner and hung up on me when I was asking about moving my car from his lot. read more

The best ever! If you need fast emergency service look no further. This company is Amazing.

I was so impressed with how quickly JD towing came! I was broken down on the side of the road and I had made contact with him and told him where I was and he came literally in 10 min!! I had told him also what type of car it was because I had someone pick me up and run me to the store real quick to pick up some antifreeze. When I came back he had me all hooked up and ready to go. I just gave him the auto body shop address and he came and parked my car. It was quick, fast and so easy! He was very friendly and polite and was my saving angel that day!! Can't thank him enough for what he did! I am hands down always calling JD towing for all my toeing needs! read more

I was driving on the highway this morning and one of the drivers kept cutting people off very close between switching lanes, which is unsafe and unprofessional. On top of that, he crossed a major gore area which is very dangerous and very illegal and then proceeded to drive up along the side of the road instead of actually on it. Come on. read more

After the wreck JD Towing showed up quickly; before I had time to call my insurance to arrange a tow. I'm assuming they have a relationship with local police. Unfortunately, I decided to let JD tow my car, instead of using my insurance to coordinate it. I called JD to pay for my car two days later, but was told they only accept payment in person, that there' a daily fee for holding the car, and that they're towing fee is over $160 (based on my research this is twice what other towing companies charge). read more
