Ordered 2 for 1 eyeglasses the first time with this company. After I ordered them they said they…read morewould call when they came in and should be no more than 2 weeks but probably sooner. After almost 3 weeks I called and was told yes one pair came in, but not the other. They would have to find out why. When i picked up the ones that came in, she told me the other pair had a problem with the frame, it broke. I followed up a week later (no call from them) and still not in. I was told again the frames broke. A week later I called and yes they were finally in. I drove back to store and when I tried them on, they had no prescription lenses. She appologized she did not know why.... i told her if they were not in by the next Friday I would ask for a refund. When I did not hear on the next Friday I called Saturda. They had arrived. I just picked them up today, no apologies or anything. Customer service was sorely lacking in my case.

Luckily, she is not there anymore. However I have decided to revise my review because Dr Park is truly kind and he and Dr Tran are very knowledgeable. Though I didn't feel valued because it was like an assembly line to see the max amount of patients, I did appreciate that my time was respected and I was in and out. I was very please with all services provided by Dr. Park employees and Costco eyewear department. My vision wear insurance paid out of network costs, but it was still cheaper for eyewear and 1 year of contact lenses from my former eyewear provider. I still save money on both services. I will be back in one year. I live in Chattanooga and I will paid out of network cost, because I saved money.

They had originally told me over the phone that it was only $49 for the co-pay with insurance but…read morethen when I got there in person, I asked again and they said actually there is another fee for the contact lens exam, (which is normal) but not for 150 additional dollars on top of the 49 WITH insurance. Additionally, the front desk woman was extremely rude to a man who came in to deliver packages when he accidentally set them on the desk instead of the shelf. After he walked out, she continued to complain about him loudly to the customers. I would not recommend going here because of the price and the unprofessional attitudes of the employees.
