The approach during my visit with Chattanooga Periodontics & Dental Implants, particularly with Dr. Felts Randall, was extremely impersonal, rushed and uncaring. I chose not to return. Also, the clinic participates with my dental insurance, however I received a bill as if I was a self-pay. The issue was corrected only after I pointed it out, mailed only the correct discounted amount, and told the clinic that I could report this to my dental insurance and the insurance commissioner. As contrast, I went to another local periodontal clinic (near Gunbarrel) where the two doctors truly listened, showed genuine concern for my comfort and needs, and made the entire experience positive and reassuring. I don't think she sees very well at all, but she has Down Syndrome, so it doesn't really matter."
