Though I didn't feel valued because it was like an assembly line to see the max amount of patients, I did appreciate that my time was respected and I was in and out. I was very please with all services provided by Dr. Park employees and Costco eyewear department. My vision wear insurance paid out of network costs, but it was still cheaper for eyewear and 1 year of contact lenses from my former eyewear provider. I still save money on both services. I will be back in one year. I live in Chattanooga and I will paid out of network cost, because I saved money.

However, they refuse to accept some of the biggest carriers insurance plans out there. Disappointing as we just moved to Ellijay and needed a Dental provider for the 4 of us. Between us, we have three difference carriers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna) and they refused to be in network with any of those. Not exactly fly by night small carriers. I would highly encourage you to find another provider that will value your money as much as they value their own.

She immediately solved a complex problem I had been suffering with. She was successful because she has the necessary skills, but more importantly she asks questions and listens intently to completely understand what is going on. I had been seen by here already at another practice in Dalton, GA and already was completely sold on her. The practice in Chatsworth is an extension office of the Gordon Hospital and I really like the size and atmosphere of the office. Never have long wait times and the practice is connected through the HELLOWELL Ap. So I can reach out with an email when something is going on and the replies are always quick. Unfortunately I have required urological care in the past 6 years, and have tried several urologists. Joann and Advent Health are top shelf and recommend this practice without any reservation as offering the best care anywhere in the area (and I have tried most of them).
