Additionally, the front desk woman was extremely rude to a man who came in to deliver packages when he accidentally set them on the desk instead of the shelf. After he walked out, she continued to complain about him loudly to the customers. I would not recommend going here because of the price and the unprofessional attitudes of the employees.

When i picked up the ones that came in, she told me the other pair had a problem with the frame, it broke. I followed up a week later (no call from them) and still not in. I was told again the frames broke. A week later I called and yes they were finally in. I drove back to store and when I tried them on, they had no prescription lenses. She appologized she did not know why.... i told her if they were not in by the next Friday I would ask for a refund. When I did not hear on the next Friday I called Saturda. They had arrived. I just picked them up today, no apologies or anything. Customer service was sorely lacking in my case.

Having recovered enough to have the surgery, I went to Professional Eye this time since they are close to where I live. They told me that I didn't qualify. I talked to my insurance and they said I did. Professional Eye double downed on their opinion that my insurance would not cover the surgery. I just returned from Eye Surgery Center and I am scheduled for the cataract surgery I need and my insurance is covering it. I can't recommend Professional Eye for anything regarding eye care.
