Great Staff, Nice Facility…read more A few months ago I came to this ER after a karate fight dislocated my knee. Dr. Sykes and his team took great care of me. The only downside was it was after 8pm so they couldn't do an MRI for me. Here I am again here now for a crazy kidney stone and the staff has has been really great. My ER provider was Jason Roswell PA. He was professional and efficient. He got my treatment handled and communicated well. The ER Nurse Allison Hamilton was also super friendly and did a great job. She took the time to handle my questions and needs. The CAT scan woman is also always super great. It's my second time having her scan me so far. I don't remember her name but we have almost the same exact birthday! My hospitalist Dr. Ektaben Patel was really nice and friendly. They are slammed today and she made sure she spent time and got me handled. Nurse Anna LPN was a gem. She was so polite and I appreciate her efforts. Dietician Rebecca Power was knowledgeable and friendly and wanted to make sure my dietary needs were met. Well that's where I am so far on this day's hospital festivities. Hopefully this kidney stone will leave me so I can go home soon. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews for this place.

A new location opened up close to my house, Fort Oglethorpe, GA. They were able to get me an…read moreappointment quickly with little waiting time. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. No one greeted me. No one said anything. I stood there for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to even acknowledge that I walked in the building. I was then asked to sit in the waiting room. Keep in mind this is a newer building. I cannot even elaborate on the poor housekeeping. It felt so nasty. Everything about this visit has been extremely unprofessional. I should have left after waiting almost two hours to even see the doctor!!

So, I took my frames in there over five weeks ago. Today, still no glasses. They have made the new lenses wrong twice. I have been told they are in the lab (several times). They are being shipped-again several times. The lenses are out of stock. The lenses are on backorder. The lenses are in the lab again. And, I was told that the glasses had been picked up. Every time I call or go in to see if they are ready, I get a different answer. I'm beginning to think they don't know where they are. I will never deal with this company again and would never recommend this company to anyone. I even called the company's customer service. They knew about as much as the people in the store. I had a hiatal hernia, and I picked him because they work a lot with stomach surgeries.
