The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The representative went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames for me.

The old baby boomer doctor is rude. the rest of staff very nice and helpful. But wouldn't recommend the doctor at this location.

Large Selection, Good Location, Not Inexpensive…read more This place strike you as huge inside when you walk in. Not that most of the space is being used, it's just super roomy. They have a pretty wide range of glasses to choose from. So many look exactly the same to me, but I guess glasses are glasses and I haven't ever seen that many in one place before. I got a couple new pairs and after insurance had about $500 out of pocket after lens upgrades which seem like you have ton buy then or you'll get cheap plastic lenses that will be scratched and useless otherwise. Getting helped wasn't simple since it seems everyone was working with someone so I picked my glasses and then a friendly girl helped me check out after. They had some good deals advertised for inexpensive glasses 2 for $99 or something like that but I opted for fancier stuff so I paid for it. All in all not a bad place.

We waited for an hour, nobody came by, nobody said we are backed up. I asked if there was a problem, manager said it's unusual to wait over 30 minutes. No doctor on site, manager didn't move from her seat the entire time we were there. They said, that's the way they do things there and we're sorry! Pathetic excuse for a business!! Do not waste your time or money!!!!!

I Can See!!! After…read moredecades of wearing glasses and my old man eyes finally getting to the point of being absolutely done with buying glasses every year I decided to do something about it. I haven't known many people who have had eye surgery and I was slightly hesitant since they are my eyes after all. After reading the countless google reviews for Dr. Woolfson praising his work and the experience overall I decided it was time. I met first with Dr. Burns and some assistants and everyone was friendly and professional. I was super excited to get scheduled for a week or two later! Day of surgery I showed up with my eye drops and only a tiny bit of anxiety because again it's my eyes after all. The procedure really is only a couple minutes long. You don't really feel much other than a slight pressure and you see a bunch of lights. Once it's done it's hard to imagine why I waited so long to get it done! Tips: go home to a dark relaxing place so try all your eye drops right after surgery. An hour or so later your eyes want to rest and a nap is good. Eye drops are more important than you can imagine! After surgery you can already read! I haven't been able to read without glasses in decades! A week later you cannot believe you can read with no glasses, but distance is weird. A month later distance is now getting better and better. My eyes are so much better it's amazing. I mean literally amazing and such a change for my life! I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Woolfson and his associates!

I will say the procedure day was longer than I anticipated, but they even found me snacks to eat while I was still waiting. Dr. Woolfson was friendly and I was very impressed with the handwritten note I received after my procedure. Also I was planning on getting PRK before the day of the procedure and had already picked up my eye drop prescriptions for that procedure. Since that changed they saved me another trip to the pharmacy and gave me the other drops I needed. Definitely would recommend if you're tired of wearing glasses or contacts and want a great place to do it!!
