Don't get too comfortable because in my experience you won't be in it for long. I was promptly taken back where a detailed exam was performed on my eyes. The entire staff was super nice, very professional and highly skilled at what they do. I saw about 3 different technicians with each one doing a different part of my exam. Then the Dr came in and did his part of the exam and he spent a lot of time giving me options on glasses vs reading glasses only etc. I felt that this was a very good exam by a first class group of people. There is a huge difference in this and a typical walk in glasses dealer that makes it feel like you are at a fast food place. This is the opposite of that experience . I highly recommend them for your eye exam and glasses etc.

They were courteous and timely especially with a scheduling snafu. Was out of town on the 16th but that's when they originally had me scheduled for. Additionally, the front desk woman was extremely rude to a man who came in to deliver packages when he accidentally set them on the desk instead of the shelf. After he walked out, she continued to complain about him loudly to the customers. I would not recommend going here because of the price and the unprofessional attitudes of the employees.

I have been receiving a statement every month since then because the billing staff is not properly trained to bill Community Care or just does not care. I have been to there office two separate times trying to get this rectified. My last visit I was rudely told until this invoice is paid I will receive a statement. I have called community Care on two different occasions for information on how to properly bill for this invoice and both times I called Crowder Eye Center and relayed this information. Community Care also called their office and did not receive a call back. It is clear to me Crowder Eye Center has no respect for veterans and I am still being harassed every month with these statements. I do not recommend veterans seeking an eye exam to go there!
