I have called community Care on two different occasions for information on how to properly bill for this invoice and both times I called Crowder Eye Center and relayed this information. Community Care also called their office and did not receive a call back. They have a pretty wide range of glasses to choose from. So many look exactly the same to me, but I guess glasses are glasses and I haven't ever seen that many in one place before. I got a couple new pairs and after insurance had about $500 out of pocket after lens upgrades which seem like you have ton buy then or you'll get cheap plastic lenses that will be scratched and useless otherwise. Getting helped wasn't simple since it seems everyone was working with someone so I picked my glasses and then a friendly girl helped me check out after. They had some good deals advertised for inexpensive glasses 2 for $99 or something like that but I opted for fancier stuff so I paid for it. All in all not a bad place.

It took 6 weeks for mine to come in and then they were the wrong prescription so I told them I just wanted my money back so they reimbursed my money. My husbands glasses have small tunnels where he can actually see in the center of his lenses and all the surrounding lenses he can't see through. My grandson just got new glasses from another optometrist and after checking and rechecking the glasses he got from sight eyecare, the optometrist said the prescription wasn't even his prescription and he can't even imagine how my grandson could see through them. He couldn't and hardly wore them and when he tried to wear them they gave him a really bad headache.
