If you love stationery like I do, you will love this store. Besides stationery, this store has Miffy and Hello Kitty products, tea kettles and teacups, sake cups, chopsticks, ceramics and so much more! The sales associate Emilia was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. She took her time and showed us the fountain pens and tested some out. My friend and I fell in love with the broad nib and Emilia shared what she had in stock. I picked the TWSBI Eco in rose gold nib and picked the Kobe Ink Shinkaichi Gold and my friend picked the TWSBI Eco in purple. They have a great selection of Travelers notebooks and had an olive color which I don't have so of course I got one. Emilia shared the travelers notebooks that just came in from Japan and my friend and I felt like we were kids in a candy store. We were in stationery heaven! We bought so much and there were items I have seen online that I was in the market for so of course I had to have it. Emilia also recommended highlighters and shared the blackwing colored pencils and sharpener with me. I really enjoyed the pen and pencils and trying them out. I tried out every pen they had and the blackwing pencil. If you have never used a blackwing pencil, you are missing out. It is one of the smoothest pencils I have ever written with. I prefer shopping in independent stores over the big box stores anyday. My friend and I were there for two hours and we even went back the next day since I forgot some items. Emilia was there again and helped me with the scissors and even measured it for me since I was flying home. If you are ever in the Chattanooga area, this store is a must visit!

We were able to find free two hour parking in Renaissance Park and took a short walk over to the store. They were even kind enough to allow our small dog to come inside and shop with us, which was especially appreciated since it had begun to rain outside. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and genuine in their passion for the items they had for sale in store. Some of the highlights for us of the many lovely and quality made items offered for sale were their stationery, beautiful artisan figurines, and the infamous Japanese KITKATS! They carry the most of the unique flavors we've seen to date. They also offer a small bag of various KitKat flavors to try if you didn't want to commit to a whole bag of one particular flavor. We're so happy we've found I Go Tokyo and look forward to another shopping visit!

Lots of antiques mixed with lots of newer items (but not a bunch of 3D printed or drop shipped items!!! Which I see EVERYWHERE nowadays.) Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend!

Burlington, Old Navy, Ulta, and Belk are hardly enough anchor stores to keep you interested. The feel of the Burlington store inside seems cheap and discount store-ish, but maybe that's just me. There is a fairly large play area for the kids but no food court. Also added recently is a 'Carmike's' 14-screen movie theater, which is probably the biggest draw for others, but doesn't interest me. The real thing of interest at this mall are the many restaurants located outside the mall, and along the perimeter. You'll find: - Arby's - Chick-fil-A - Chili's - Panda Express - Panera Bread - Outback - Aubrey's - Old Chicago Pizza But even with those mostly fast food chain restaurants, I just don't see the value of going back.
