Just note that I gave this 5 stars... but up until yesterday I would have given it 1! lol Here's why: compared to the many other consigning stores I've been to (including 3 other Kid 2 Kid) this one had the most limited buy hours and I'll blame the universe that two times their hours differed from it and it was just frustrating (esp when I live 20 min away). Howeverrrr I finally was able to consign and they had one of the best buying experiences. The store caught me off guard because it wasn't fully stocked, but it's because they only take the best. I would easily rank them #1 in this area! I think they are MILES better than the OUAC nearby, or the other consigning options for kids in this area. The store is clean and easy to shop around, the two ladies working were SO amazing, and again, the haul I walked out with was one of the best (and mind you, I'm buying 3T and 4T which typically tend to be hard sizes to find multiple great items). I think I've been to this location twice in a year. Thought they were overpriced before. After shopping there today, a survey was sent to my phone about my experience there. I answered it honestly because I assume that is what they're looking for. When I fill out a survey, I do not expect an employee or manager to text my personal phone immediately after. Clearly, it's not safe to provide them with a phone number because they will take advantage of that. I will not be back to the store, ever. If down the road, if I hear it got new management, I'd consider it. Have a good day! read more

After 14 years of doing business with kid to kid I am done! Came in today after a 14 day wait on appointment to be rudely told I should know to follow the rules and put my items in a storage tote and denied service. I offered to move them to their black dirty totes they use and was told no. I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child. I have sold for years and nice items for them to give me a $1 off and sell that day for much more. At booking in their new appointment style the employee stated it could be in any container. Took my items down the street to Once upon a child and was greeted friendly and even complimented on the bag/tote they were in and on the quality of my items being sold. I'll trade and spend my money with Once Upon a Child. Their store was full of customers and functioning properly unlike kid to kid which was empty. read more

First time going. Wanted to sell some of our daughters clothes and most had tags still. We dropped off a laundry bin but could only sell 1 bin( they provided) full. Understandable since it was the first time. They said it would be about 15 minutes. We waited 15 minutes with our toddler. That time came and went. Asked again how long it would be. They said 15 minutes. Waited again. Went back to check and she said she would call us when they were ready. Mind you we have a toddler and she was in a particular bad mood so hard to handle. We called after 1 hour and then went back to check after 2 HOURS of waiting. Absolutely horrible experience and your "waiting on site" policy is unreasonable and unnecessary. We won't be back and we will take our business elsewhere. We will not encourage anyone to come to your establishment at any time. read more

Probably the best consignment store I've ever visited. Glad to know this is going to be close to home so that I can take advantage of such incredible prices and friendly staff. Very clean and organized which makes easy to find things that were sized for my 2 year old and newborn on the way. read more

What a great little store! I am a new mother and needed some fall/winter clothing for my 4 month old. We stopped in a little before closing on a Thursday night and enjoyed browsing. I found a great pair of pants, two nice tops, and some little shoes for $20 total. These are things he can wear to church, and they mix and match with other items I have. If I had bought them all brand new, I would have paid at least double the price. The lady working was extremely friendly, and sweet to our baby. I would come here again if I was in the area and needed a few pieces of clothing for my baby! read more

Loved this store! I went in to sell mostly clothes but had some toys & books as well. The staff was very friendly & explained how it worked. I made the decision to let them send the stuff that wasn't purchased to charity. It totally saved me from making a trip to Goodwill etc.. I browsed for a while & the prices seem very fair for what you are getting. The only thing was how long the entire process took so it might be best to drop off your stuff (if you are selling) & go run other errands. They call your phone when your stuff is ready. Also, call ahead to see what bigger items they are currently buying so you aren't stuck schlepping stuff into the store! We'll be back for sure. read more
