I don't do this ever and I hate to give bad reviews because everyone has "off" times, but what…read moremakes a good person or business is what they do to fix their mistakes. My mom got her wood porch, that had been standing there for almost 30 years, re built about 2 months ago by Gary Carpenter. Right after it was built it looked sturdy (mind you my mom has never built anything in her life and has no idea what to look for). Within 2 months the porch and railing has started to lean and come apart. When my mom called the contractor that re built it for her (found on Home Advisor) he was disrespectful and reluctant to come look. When he did he told her "this is what happens to wood" and offered to put in "a few screws" right there. When my mom noticed it was still crooked he said "well either the top of the railing or the bottom is going to have to be crooked" He then continued to make excuse after excuse and later directed my mom to send all of her concerns to "the owner" of the company's email (which is his wife). He also told her any corespondents between them will be charged $75/hr!! For questions and concerns about her crap made porch! Are you kidding me?!?! They have yet to attempt to contact my mom, respond, or fix their mistakes other than his grand idea of adding screws. And at this point my mom doesn't trust him and would prefer to just get her money back for the crap job she's going to have to pay someone else to fix! And in the expierences she's already had with them I'm sure that won't be easy and will require some kind of court my advice to everyone is not to hire this man or "company". Apparently he is licensed and bonded so you would think that would come with some feeling of responsibility and pride ‍ If for some reason him and his "owner" decide to do the right thing and refund my mother's money I will revise my review.

Cutting Edge provides excellent mowing services including hauling away of lawn clippings, trimming and edging. My lawn looked better after just one mowing. We got DG off Yelp and stopped in to talk to them in Spokane. They came out and gave us an estimate and as soon as materials came they were there to do the job.

This company is terrible. I'm the neighbor of a project they are working on. They have taken NO…read moreprecautions to ensure material doesn't come on to my property or to pick it up until I mentioned something to the property owners multiple times. No tarps, no clean up. They left demo'd and used materials all over my property in a place that could have been removed or tarped off multiple days in a row. Even after they have started tarping off and cleaning up the accessible areas I am finding shingles and wood and staples and nails every day. As I was throwing material back over the fence that I had to pick up from my neighbor's project one of their staff members jumped on the fence and threatened me. It's taken them multiple weeks (and still not finished) to roof a 1700 square foot house. These guys are incompetent.

I reviewed those with Jameson and after a quick look himself, he agreed. He also advised on what we should take care of now and what can wait. He cleaned the moss off our roof, treated it and took care of all the mess in our gutters (among a handful of other things). A few days after his service we had one more request and he was kind enough to return and take care of it. Again, he would text me updates and kept me posted on his timeline. I really REALLY appreciated this. Jameson was my 5th roofer I spoke to and he was the only one that took my request seriously, handled it professionally and didn't just try to sell me a while new roof! Where do I even start? Mike and Sarah went so far above and beyond for us - I'm almost nervous to…read morewrite about how great they are because then everyone will know and hire them! (Which, of course, they should.) On very short notice, they showed up at our rental place and we talked about a few projects we need done. Staining a fence, some paint touch ups, dock cleaning, etc. We scheduled them for a week later on a day between guests. When our housecleaner then did not show up - I was absolutely desperate and asked if they might be able to clean the house also? And they said YES! They worked overnight to get our house clean and ready for the next rental and basically saved that rental for us. And? They still did all the work we'd originally hired them for! And? They were responsive, professional, great do deal with and just overall amazing. And they do great work for a reasonable price!
