Wish I could give this place a better review. The salon was clean, I'll give them that. My polish turned out fine. But the pedicure experience itself was a disappointment. First of all, my entire pedicure lasted maybe 25 minutes start to finish. The guy doing my pedicure stopped mid-pedicure several times to text on his phone. There was almost no time spent on exfoliation or lotion. Not up to the standard of quality that I usually expect when getting a spa service. The lady that did my nails was nice. But the nails were definitely not what I wanted. There was no cuticle prep before hand. The length is longer than I had asked for. The shape of the nails was supposed to be square and slightly rounded. They ended up being very sloppy! The lady also was helping out other clients and then coming back to me the entire time without washing her hands or using hand sanitizer. I was also was supposed to get a design on the ring fingers, but since the lady was helping another client another worker stepped in and quickly put cuticle oil on my nails before I could say something. My friend and I made appointment for 7pm. There was a bunch of people waiting and they closed in an hour. They took everyone that was waiting before us before they saw us. Not really sure what the point of booking the appointment was. We asked for manicures and gel nails. My friend got a seat finally right at 8. I was waiting to be seen until 8:30. When they finally got around to me the guy that was doing my nails did not give me a manicure. He immediately started putting on my gel nail polish without properly prepping my nails. He later went on to put the wrong color on my hands and instead of starting over and fixing it, proceeded to cover it up with different polish. We ended up leaving at about 9 that night. My "gel" nails were gone by the third day. My friend had paid for her and I and they would not refund her that night for my manicure since it was not done or for the terrible job they did on my nails. My friends nails were bumpy and uneven and did not even look decent. My were a weird poop color since the gold mixed with the green that was underneath and fell off in three days. I should've just paid for regular nail polish. This place is awful with awful service. They DO NOT know what they are doing. They also did not clean their instruments in between clients. Don't go here, go to Utah nails up the road where it's A LOT cheaper and WAY better quality. read more

this place is BY FAR the best place to get your nails done. i have been coming here for over the past year. since then, all my fiends & coworkers have started to come & i haven't heard one complaint from them! the staff is beyond nice & are willing to work with you until you get what you want! brian is the best at acrylics & tina is a nail goddess! i haven't seen one customer leave without a smile on their face. if i were you, i'd call & make an appointment. with it being the best place around, you can wait if you're just a walk in. but i promise it's worth it if you do!! read more

The price was great for the service rendered. I love the way my nails turned out and Tina was very patient with me. We went through a several ideas to get to my ideal wedding day design. She was communicative and efficient. It's only been a week and more of my bare nail is showing than I'm used to seeing after so little time; it wasn't painted all the way to the cuticle. I really liked how my nails turned out here; from just the manicure, my nails lasted over a week, which is pretty good. It was clean, and some members of the staff were fairly friendly. My one complaint is that although we made appointments, they were still running quite behind. We had a party of 7 and only 2 of the 4 employees were able to start on our nails about 5 minutes past our appointment time--one of the workers agreed to give a mani to a client who had only scheduled for a pedi, thus putting us further behind schedule. Love this nail salon! I recently moved here from california and needed a nail salon that met the standards from what I'm used to and honestly this one is even better!!! They know the new trends and how to do them the best, they have chrome, shellac, cats eye, etc!!! The place is clean and very well put together as well. I came in for my six o clock appointment and the nice lady who usually does my nails was still finishing up with another client and told me I can sit in the massage chair while she finishes up with her, no other nail salon would do that, Great service!!! read more

i really appreciate how gentle they were with me once i told them i was tired of nail techs cutting me. amazing job at that. one thing that bothers me a lot is their paint job.. i come home with lumps sometimes without even knowing! one time my paint messed up and she just painted right over it‍ you gotta speak up for them to fix those things. read more

Probably the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The gel manicure polish was painted unevenly, I think it must have been old but it definitely did not come out as one solid color. After a few days, it started to chip. The pedicure was not great, even after upgrading to the next level. I had to request a new scrubber brush because they use the same one on different clients..kind of gross. It wasn't very clean in the salon and quite cluttered. Definitely do not recommend. read more

My sisters and I came in for a manicure and pedicure. We made an appointment and from the moment we walked in, we felt un-welcomed and unwanted. We walked in and were greeted with "what do you want? we're busy today" Coming from a background of customer service, I was trained to NEVER do that. It made us feel as if we were bothersome and in reality we made an appointment and should've felt like we were a PRIORITY. In addition to this, it was a very confusing atmosphere as we would try to explain what we wanted and it had to be translated through the daughter to her parents (the owners). The daughter was helping other customers while her parents were assisting us. Most times, it felt like they were talking about us in their native tongue and my sisters and I felt very uncomfortable. While getting my manicure done and waiting for my french gels under the infared light, my hand was burned. And, it just seemed like the dad who did my nails was in a rush and sloppily did my nails. Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. The only reason why they're still in business is because they are in a busy area and have college students who go to them based on connivence of location. read more

Very disappointed. This was the first time I have been to their new location. My MIL got me a gift card for a pedicure. Well when I went to redeem my gift card they informed me that the price of a pedicure has gone up since the gift card was purchased and that I needed to pay the difference which is a joke. Also after the spa pedicure my heels are still rough and my toe nails were cut into an uneven shape and left extremely sharp. I won't be going back. read more

I'm sad that I have to give this a bad review. I have been here before and they have done great with a pedicure, but this time I got a french manicure since I recently got engaged and was testing the french manicure for my engagement photos. WORST NAIL JOB I'VE EVER SEEN. She didn't even file my nails down right, they were filed into weird shapes and she hurried through the french manicure. In the end the top coat came out looking bubbly and not smooth at all, and the white polish didn't even reach the end of my fingernails. I have been satisfied with the quality of the nail set that I received, but I do not like the atmosphere. I made an appointment for me and my friend, but they put us on opposite sides of the room! Getting your nails done for a special occasion isn't just about receiving a service, it is girl time! Then when my other friend needed her nails done for her wedding, I told her that the quality of their acrylics was good, but we would need to make an appointment as soon as they open so there will be room for us to sit together. I told her to specify when she made the appointment that we want to sit together. We were inside as soon as the doors opened, but they wanted to separate us. I stared at them until one of them moved their materials over to a different desk because they SAID on the phone that we would sit together. My first appt went well. My second, not so well. Waited 30 minutes each time, even though I had an appt. My third time there, the lady was rude and quite snippy with me. She didn't polish my nails close to the cuticles or the side or tips. She kept asking me to hold my hand steady and straight. The guy next to her did the same thing. She abruptly got up and walked over to another customer. The young man came over to finish her work. When I asked for an extra coat of polish, this kid just slapped it on and also walked away. This place gets two stars instead of one because at least the staff were nice and the manicure was good insofar as they removed my cuticles and hang nails. However, I did not receive the service I asked for and the paint job they did give me was terrible. I made an appointment to get the old gel removed from my nails and to try out the new chrome nail style. They said on the phone that they could do chrome. When I got there for my appointment they didn't know what I was there for and i had to explain to them three times that I had an appointment to get chrome nails. So the lady sat me down and gave me gel colors to choose as they did not have a sample set of their chrome work, but she assured me that she would apply the chrome effect on top of the gel polish. My left hand turned out okay with the gel but then the right hand is incredibly sloppy because she started rushing when more people came into the salon. The gel was set on my nails and she said okay, that's it. I was confused because they were definitely not chrome and I said so. She acted surprised that I wanted chrome (after I'd told them a total of 4 times) and said she couldn't because the women after me had an appointment. I thought it was rude of her not to finish my service because I also had scheduled that appointment time. At least they only charged me $25 but I will need to go somewhere else ASAP to get the bubbled polish off my nails and get the style I actually want. read more
