Edit: I've since removed the acrylics and there are two indentations on all 10 nails. From what I have learned about acrylics, this is not good practice as it is damaging. Okay so I have been loyal to Bellagio for pretty much 3 yrs getting my toes done. Usually the service is wonderful- definitely call for appointment ahead of time. I usually do the basic pedicure with gel and it is sufficient and relaxing. There is an older lady who has done my toes a couple times and if I go back I will request her only. Her massage is amazing and she is so kind and sweet. I've been on the fence about continuing to spend my money there as it is not super cheap at all and I can prolly do a similar job at home. Anyway I didn't have time to do my own pedi before a wedding and decided to treat myself and get a little fancier of a pedicure. Younger girl did my pedi this time. Did not enjoy it at all. Should've just paid for a change color bc the massage was practically nonexistent. The scrub I paid for was the smallest amount of scrub I've ever seen and she scrubbed each foot for like 30 seconds tops. As well as the callous remover. 30 seconds. Completely pointless. Her massage was not good and short as well. I truly felt I didn't get any worth for the extra money I spent on the fancier pedicure. The gel on my toes does look v good tho. Along with other reviewers, I don't appreciate the weird comments from jay or whoever. Weird comments. Like bro shhhh stop talking pls. Younger girl who did my pedi was kinda odd also. This was kinda the nail in the coffin. Couldn't bring myself to tip, and I am a LMT. I always tip generously when it's a job well done or even a sufficient job. Felt super ripped off and unimportant. The nails looked nice but not the relaxation aspect. Learn to do your own pedis. Way better than paying a billion dollars for nothing good except the color on your toes. My manicure with gel was done nicely. The person who did my nails paid close attention to detail, handled my hands and nails with care, and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure that I liked what I was seeing. The salon was also clean and easy to get to. I really liked that the gel curing lamps were LED and didn't burn my hands at all. The appointment was listed as 60 min at booking but only lasted 30 minutes, as there was no wait and there was one other customer. However, the negative part was that one other employee there who wasn't doing nails at the time was making inappropriate comments and also giving me a really hard time about my booking through Classpass. I get that Classpass sort of did them dirty last time by causing a last minute cancellation through their concierge program, but it was not my fault (I cancelled well ahead of the 12 hr cancellation window). The man at the salon kept trying to pin this on me and make me pay for last time's late cancellation. I had to stay longer to explain to them carefully how Classpass and Classpass concierge both work, and why I shouldn't be charged extra. Overall, this interaction made me really uncomfortable. Not to mention-- that same employee asked if my "sugar daddy" had called to make the reservation for me-- umm what?!!! I told him NO! It was Classpass concierge and he wouldn't budge and kept pestering me about that theory of his. If a business is going to enroll in Classpass, they should know what they are getting into rather than harass their customers who booked through the booking service. read more

do not come here!!!! i came in for a simple color change and left w uneven and bumpy nails. i went back and asked for either a refund or for them to fix it, and they said they would only fix it if i could come in the next day (i cant because of work), and that i could not come back next week because it was too late. they also blamed me for the bad nails and said i needed a fill, but it is so clear the bumps are from poor chrome application. they didnt listen to me or even look at my nails to see the problem either, they just said it was my fault. the girl that did my nails also knew she did a bad job and turned off the light so i couldnt see before i left the store, which was very deceptive. i also noticed while i was there that their time management was horrible. they had 4 ppl waiting for about an hour EVEN THOUGH they had appointments. they also rescheduled 3 additional people as they walked into the store. also their child was running around the store barefoot and then sat on the floor and licked his foot which was just so disgusting. overall horrible experience (which is sad because i ended up getting engaged in these nails that night) read more

the most basic set of nails i've ever had took THREE HOURS TO ACHIEVE. i arrived for a removal and a fresh set of acrylic at 1pm, my friend and i were both seated immediately. we had one guy working on the both of us which felt a little strange. we figured a person would be assigned to each of us to get the job done faster. the guy doing our nails took multiple phone calls and walked away from us multiple times (not to mention he made weird comments like "oh are you embarrassed" and "good girl" kinda weird to me). anyways, 40 mins go by taking 20 mins on each of us to finish up the removal of the previous set (not done at this salon) another 40 mins go by and we are just now applying the tips for the new nails and we get switched to two new people. been here for 1hr and a half at this point. almost two hours now and we're finally getting powder acrylic on the nails. THIRD HOUR IN i'm finally getting some color after AN HOUR OF FILING. i kid you not. they looked perfect like 20 mins in but i guess this girl was a perfectionist (which is fine) but i got two coats of the most chill color and a top coat. 2 and a half hours in ‍‍ i leave and go get my friend food bc she's starving, not knowing this would take three hours she got hungry. i came back and we're out of there by 4:15..... FOUR FIFTEEN. we arrived at ONE OCLOCK. if you have all day to sit and get a set be my guest but wow. i was not expecting that, i was late for work which started at 4:30. i thought going to get a set at 1pm would give me PLENTY of time to get to work. guess not. with that being said, the nails are gorgeous i do really like them. if i had known it would take 3 hours and $88 dollars i may have gone elsewhere. just food for thought, overall the nails are pretty but not 3 hours and almost 90 bucks pretty. ya know... read more

WORST SALON EVER. I came in for a simple color change of dip powder. I'm from out of town but my stepmom is a regular here. She said they're $45-50 for what I needed. I expected a few $$ more because I was asking for a French tip on two of the nails but what I got was a grumpy technician, and a $90 bill before tip. WHAT??? Totally uncalled for and I never pay that in Las Vegas. The greatest part was that he originally rung me up at like $80, then he spoke to her and she was like add this and this and the price suddenly went up. I was angry. I had my nails done there last Tuesday July 2nd. As of two days ago, July 6, every single nail had lifted and broken off and you can imagine how that felt like a waste of money. My nail place at home does them in a way they last for 3 weeks! I'll never go here again and neither will my stepmom any longer.
