This place was delicious! My husband and I ordered the Prodigy Supreme burger with truffle fries. We aren't big eaters so we shared this meal and it was perfect. For Cache Valley, this is a great addition! Like another reviewer states, if you've been to breweries outside of Utah, this is a different experience. I've been to prodigy 3 times with coworkers, a close friend, and with a group of friends. First, the servers are kind and BUSY but also do a great job. Sunday we had a large group and Tanner was amazing. The food is good! It is thoughtfully planned and prepared. The chilaquiles for Sunday brunch were fabulous! They are still improving the building, but it doesn't take away from the experience. There are TV's for sports playing if your interested in that also. So first time in on a Saturday night for date night. We had such a wonderful meal, we were not rushed off the table like most places in Logan. Service was AMAZING! Our waiter was nice and attentive. The place was pretty busy but we still felt like we were important. This type of pub is where you go to slow down and enjoy the food and the company. The atmosphere is comforting. I loved seeing quite a few little kiddos. We had the Beer Cheese Appetizer! Absolutely great pairing with the veggies, chips and the pretzels! I had the Prodigy Coffee Stout Nitro, it was Smooth and Creamy. My wife had the Bartender Roulette she was delighted with the Custom Cocktail. We both enjoyed the All American Bacon Cheeseburger. They were happy to accommodate a Keto Friendly version for me. Coupled with the Truffle Fries and the Side Salad with the Vinaigrette (you could tell the Vinaigrette was from scratch and absolutely delicious) The Prices are absolutely on par for the obviously well handcrafted food! read more

I have been to prodigy four or five times and every time the service is horrible and the food has always taken 45 min or more to come out. Even when they are not busy. This time we waited for 30 plus mins for the waitress to even come back and check to see if we were okay or need refills or even tonkets us know that our food was on its way out. Then then the breakfast is nothing to rave about. It's really expensive, especially for not offering eggs or meat with it. Id really love to see some improvements. But Prodigy has some work to do. read more

My wife and I went to Prodigy Brewing tonight for dinner and a beer. We started with the tasting flight (you pick which beer you want) . Pale Ale, Farmhouse Ale, Yellow Snow and the Hefeweizen. All four tasted great. The beers being made and sold can only be below 5% alcohol (welcome to Utah), but this keeps the price at $6.00. We ordered the BBQ chicken wings and the pesto & arugula cheese burger, fantastic taste with plenty of great tasting fries. The chicken wings, eight of them were to die for. They were a meal by themselves. So big and tasty. I got a 3oz. glass of the Stout, very good. The atmosphere was great, nice crowd for a Thursday night in Logan at a craft brewery. $58 for everything. The service was great, the wait staff was very attentive. So glad that a place like this has opened in Cache Valley. We will defiantly be back !!!! read more

Service started out ok. when our food came it was cold. the pizza was completely black on bottom, the burger was pink in the middle, fries a bit over done and all of it was cold. when mentioned to the server she ignored us and walked off. We had to track her down to get our bill and then we waited another 5 minutes because she said she'd bring it to us at our table and we couldn't pay at the bar where she was standing. We paid 16 dollars for a Hamburger with a dry bun and no sauce. The hamburger bun was cut so that the top was 1/3 smaller than the bottom. Messy. They provided fries but in the most minimal amount possible. They do not provide salt and pepper. They brought kitchen salt in a small bowl for the saltless fries. We had to ask twice for mayo and ketchup. They charged us a dollar for a thimble amount of taster beer (literally) and didn't bother to mention they were charging us a dollar for nothing. We don't care about the dollar so much as how cheap they were with us. The beer was cloudy, no head and had lackluster flavor. A Dos Equis Amber would have been better. If you're looking for value look elsewhere. For 2 dollars more we could have had a steak at Texas Roadhouse. The beer is mostly light, fruity beers, nothing traditionally German. If you like light beers maybe you'll be happy with the selection. We went in for pizza but the ovens were down. The hostess seated us not mentioning that only half the menu was available. The bottom line: If this is their opening week and a showcase of the best they can offer, we're not impressed. We felt they were needlessly cheap. Repeat business is the cornerstone of a going concern. I'm not sure the owners get this concept. The facility is nice, but if the beer and food doesn't measure up, why bother? read more

I was so excited to have a brewery coming to a town that could really use one... unfortunately, the positive ends there. Food was WAY overpriced for the quality and the quantity...case in point, I paid $10 for five pinky-sized fried pickle wedges off the appetizer menu. That's $2 per wedge and an insane markup. Like, I know inflation is bad, but we are still in Logan UT. In general the food prices are too high for the mediocre small plates they offer--comparable food nearby is far cheaper. To be honest, could probably have gotten more food for my money if I had accepted extra food any of the THREE times the waitstaff accidentally tried to give me food that belonged to other customers. Had to ask multiple waitstaff for napkins/silverware. Kitchen was already out of several dishes. Brought me and my table mate the wrong beers. All of this could be overlooked if the beer had been good--after all, that was the whole reason I was there. And in fairness, this place is brand new so they are still working out the kinks. Sadly, the beer was akin to the first efforts of someone with a home brew kit. Very watery, nothing particularly original. Beer names like "rusty hoe " and "yellow snow" are only charming if the the flavor profile of the beer doesn't actually mirror the namesake. Got a flight and was disappointed across the board. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because it was their first week. I'm sure this place will improve, the question is how much. read more

Fries were cold and soggy, we got the herb burger and it wasn't very tasty. If you like pesto and no flavor then it's fine. Maybe they're just understaffed on Thursday afternoons?
