Water from a…read morelow and slow leak had seeped under our laminate flooring, causing the whole surface to swell and buckle, even displacing some cabinetry. A neighbor recommended calling DryWorx, they responded very quickly, sending out a tech right away to assess the damage. Then, over the next several days, two very professional technicians, Taylor and Casey, worked quickly and diligently to remove damaged flooring and cabinets. Project Manager Darrell kept us well-informed and was incredibly quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The service provided by DryWorx was exemplary in every way, from the efficiency and thoroughness of the work performed, to the outstanding communication and customer service. If--unfortunately--you ever have to deal with water damage, call DryWorx immediately!

First, we used him to tile our two bathrooms to replace the hideous plastic green flooring the previous owner left behind. Our second project, and one I think has added thousands of dollars to the value of our home, is the tile job he did on our fireplace, replacing the ugly soot covered mid-50's brick, with gorgeous white tile. He also, as part of that job, installed a black fireplace insert that looks very elegant with the white tile and adds immeasurably to the beauty of the room. I have gotten so many compliments on this fireplace, even from other contractors doing work in another part of the house. His third project was to replace the tile flooring in our laundry room. We used this lovely veined white tile that looks great, but what blew us away was the work he did on the two stairs leading down into the laundry room. He placed the tile in a lovely configuration, a design that we would never had contemplated were it left up to us. But he's more than a craftsman, he's an artist and this is where it shows. He's very precise, EXTREMELY thorough (so much so that he came back three times just to replace the old metal threshold slat--which he paid for himself!--so it more closely resembled the new floor). He worked throughout the entire weekend in 90+ heat just so we could get our laundry room back and be able to do a wash. Best of all, he is much more affordable than other places, especially flooring companies that have high over head and contract the work out, only to inflate the project price so they can take their cut. He cleans up after himself, is extremely accommodating about working around schedules, and always pleasant and good-natured. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is an old world Czech and takes great pride in his work.

From the very beginning, Tyler was incredibly communicative, clearly walking us through the project scope, timeline, and next steps so we always knew what to expect. Jon did a fantastic job coordinating the crews and ensuring everything stayed on schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crews themselves were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding across the board -- from drywall repair to the new flooring installation, trim work, and paint -- everything was completed with great attention to detail and looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend PacWest Restoration to anyone needing restoration or repair work after damage, or even general construction projects. Tyler and Jon would be the first people I call for any future work!

He worked very hard to get us back into our house on schedule. He was honest about what he could do and what he couldn't do. He gave me updates regularly - usually daily. He went above and beyond to help me with some plumbing issues that came up when we removed a toilet and appliances. He helped me re- install appliances. Probably most importantly he did an excellent job installing the floors per my fairly detailed request (nail down with underlayment). He had to pull many of the baseboards and he reattached them and touched up everything. The final result is an very nice house. We are so happy with how it looks. Thank you! Also, on a less related note - Brian also installed ~400 feet of picket fence for us in 2018. Also very happy with that job. We have already talked with Brian about our future projects.

They came highly recommended and we see why! IMFS are courteous, prompt, honest and very professional. Who has ever had a contractor who shows up when they say they are going to show up, works 10 hours straight, and gets the job done when they say they are going to?? Well, meet Integrated Main Frame Solutions. They do that and a lot more. They handled our slight change of direction mid-way through the beginning of the project with grace and calm. They honor their estimates, help you find ways to save money and are so refreshingly kind that I found myself wishing I had more budget to give them more and more projects! Without hesitation, I wholly recommend IMFS. They will not disappoint you.

This is a disappointing review to write because I was initially really happy with them, and the…read moreexperience went downhill pretty quick. We used GM for both siding and exterior paint, at first they were extremely communicative, friendly, and the siding project itself seemed to go fine other than a few mishaps. With the siding, we loved how it looked but the work crew lacked professionalism. They left nails all over our yard, ripped bushes out of the ground on a carefully lined walkway, and pulled our front bushes down so aggressively they've never come back up and will have to be ripped out. The nails were a huge concern because we have a dog, and had we run one over with a mower that could have been dangerous for us as well. Months later we are still finding them. The contractors did compensate us for the bush they trampled. On to the paint. The painting contractors were awful from start to (never really) finished. They were unprofessional, left things in our trees and bushes, left garbage around our house and yard, trampled the bushes we had just replaced from the contractors (we weren't reimbursed this time), moved our fence post to a crooked location that we can't fix. Beyond that, we had a dark gray color with white trim, if you've ever painted over a dark color with white you know you have to have MANY coats to not have seep through of the darker color. For some reason, they painted all of it the dark color and then went over the trim with white, so in many areas you can see the bleed through of the gray. It looks tacky and like we DIY'd it. Additionally, we asked for the garage to be painted white and they painted it dark gray like the house.. when we asked them to fix it, they didn't open it to paint so as soon as we opened the garage it cracked on the bending panel and the insulation came out. I got in contact with the contractors right away and Kara said she would send someone out. She didn't, and that was now almost 3 months ago and they've completely ghosted us with a broken garage. They've also left their porta potty in front of our house this entire time (3 months and counting). Our neighbors across the street also hired them for siding and paint and they've also completely ghosted them for the paint. We initially would have recommended them but they ended up screwing us over so I'd go anywhere else.
