First off, the service was excellent. The staff made me feel wanted and excited to engage. They listened and made recommendations and the whole time with what felt like a genuine smile. Cookies as one expects. There's a great variety. I can speak to 6. Lemon lavender. Not my favorite. Flavor was focused in the middle and outer edge was underwhelming. Birthday cake. Very simple, what you expect a kid will enjoy. Light flavor and sprinkles bring a little texture M and m kid favorite for color and burst of chocolate. It is laden with what you expect. No surprises. Red velvet. Cake cookie very airy. Center was a touch doughy which was fun. Flavor isn't as rich as I would have expected but had a different texture. Salted caramel - chewey center quality chocolate and a good balance. This was a good cookie. Sea salt chocolate chip, on point. This cookie was above expectations, chocolate was high quality. Dubai pistachio - the nuts brought great texture with multiple chocolate bursts. By far my favorite cookie we tried. Get this one if you stop in and like chocolate. read more

Great flavor selection of really big cookies. They are nicely laid out in the display so you can take your time reviewing, and the flavors go from good old chocolate chip to more unique flavors like ube. I tried the toffee chocolate chip which was a delightful twist on the tried-and-true formula. It was definitely loaded with toffee. The cookies are pretty big and cost about $5 per cookie, so it was hard to justify trying more than 1 flavor. The taste is good, but I wish they were a little smaller/cheaper to justify the indulgence. There was also a menu board slide show where I briefly saw an image of a sundae, but it never came back around, so I didn't end up ordering it. There was a pretty extensive drink menu as well. There wasn't really a lot of seating, but they pack up well to go. I would come back to try some of the other flavors and menu options. read more

Been wanting to try them. Walked in the other night. The minute I got inside a nice young man greeted me. I was taken aback as literally just walked in the door. He told me they would be right with me. The a nice lady caked me up. It was my first time so I asked for a choc chip and an Oreo. She asked if I wanted it heated you. I said just the Choc chip. Pulled up and noticed there was parking in the back which was great. Very convenient. The inside of the place look very bougie and the vibe was chill. The service was quick, one of the girls was already greeting me and asking if I needed assistance when I got through the door (mind you there was other people there too). Okay so on to the cookies. BROOOOOOO THESE ARE THE BEST COOKIES! Lollll I'm obsessed. I'd usually go to the city to get levain but I don't think I'd need to do that anymore. Service was excellent, the front staff are friendly and helpful, parking was easy peasy, it wasn't crowded when I was there. I ordered the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious. I will say the chocolate was mostly a big gooey chuck in the middle. It basically melted cause I asked for it to be warmed up. I wish it was spread evenly throughout the cookie. A quick and easy pick up from their stall at Philippines Fest's Ubeland! My friend and I enjoyed a classic Ube cookie from here which came individually packaged, as the Ube Dubai Chocolate cookies were already sold out. It was moist and delicious. The perfect sweet treat on this rainy day. I was very impressed with the sheer variety and volume of Ube flavored cookies. Upon arrival at problem baker, I was greeted right away. I had such a hard time choosing which cookie I wanted because they all looked delicious. I got a pack of 6 for my fiancé & I since we were undecided. The chocolate chip sea salt was the perfect combo of sweet & salty. The pistachio knafa was the most delicious cookie I've ever had in my life. They explained to me what "knafa" is because I asked. I'm glad I decided to try it because it's amazing and I would recommend it to anyone! We personally were not a fan of the reesces PB cookie. The brownie and the m&m cookie were also tasty but there was no "wow" factor compared to the chocolate chip sea salt & pistachio knafa. This cute little shop located in the north shore of Staten Island, is definitely a hit. My mom wanted to try it and honestly it didn't disappoint. They had about 20 cookies to choose from my mom got the Dubai Chocolate cookie which was the perfect crispy edge and soft and delicious in the middle. The coffee was strong and tasty and the service was great and attentive. Just make sure you're ready to spend $20 for one cookie and 2 coffees although it is high in price, if stays consistent it's worthy. I wish them luck and will be back try the other flavors. read more

The girl who helped us was super friendly in suggesting her favorites. My kids and are all agree we like it better than Crumbl. Our favorite was the Smores. This is the best iced coffee I've ever had, and I drink coffee black. Stopped in to get myself a black iced coffee and my wife a pumpkin spice shaken latte and we both couldn't believe how great the coffee was. The flavor was amazing. This place is incredible. Not only are the cookies delicious and top quality, they also have milks to go with it. Regular, chocolate, strawberry, blueberry and banana and possibly others. The best part is the employees are extremely nice and totally helpful, unlike some other cookie places in the area where the employees don't care and mess around.
