I've been with Guillermo and his crew for almost ten years now, and let them take care of all of my copiers. His rates are very reasonable, he's always friendly and polite, and he can fix a lot of things without replacing them.
Just yesterday, for example--I'd called him up on Saturday (try getting another copy repair company to answer on the weekend!) with an error code. He said that generally meant it was a board part or the hard drive. He showed up on Monday with a new board, but he tested a couple of other things first. He found it was something else, much less expensive to fix.
I've found that Guillermo does such a good job with my copiers that I work with him on a per-incident basis rather than on a contract (which most companies will try to tie you into). I also know that he handles a lot of independent Kinkos-like places, as well, which to me says a lot about the value and quality that his small company offers. read more
