Great service, friendly, VERY clean and fabulous hard-working owner!!! I've been going here for 3 years and love it! Great place for little kids too.... I bring my 5 year old daughter and they take GREAT care of her every time, nails, snacks, drinks.... lots of love! Best part....as a mom and business owner myself...they are fast and efficient and still get my nails done right. They need to get more training doing Dip Powder Nails. The first time, my nail treatment lifted off within the first week. I thought I would give them a second chance mainly because they are close to my home and I figured it was a nail tech error. The salon said they would make sure it was done right this time, so I gave them a second chance and paid them to do my nails, again. Unfortunately my nails lifted off again within the first week. I now know it was because they applied the dip powder onto the cuticles. Basically it was sloppy work. They were very nice but they need more training obviously, because they're not doing it correctly. I have been to many, many nail salons trying to find one that consistently does an excellent job and I have finally found it! I have avoided going in because it got bad reviews but I have been four times and every time I have been very happy with my manicure as well as pedicure. I get SNS nails and not every salon knows how to do that as well as this one. I am very picky too and I highly recommend this salon. They have a large clientele and they are very personable. Not a good experience at all today with Pro Nails. I had a pedicure done with a horrible paint job and customer service. To begin, I noticed when other clients entered the salon they were offered a drink. I wasn't even directed to pick a nail color let alone a drink. I'm a dark skinned women and choose a pale pink polish, so you can see if the polish job isn't done very well. The polish looked horrible. When I noticed that my cuticles were painted and nail polish was everywhere; I asked the technician to correct the problems. She began to use her thumb nail to scrape off the polish, before she used a brush with nail polish remover. She scraped so hard that she peeled the skin off my big toe (pic attached). I decided not to cause a scene, so I left to get my nails painted elsewhere. When I left the salon, no one even acknowledged that had been a customer. No goodbye, have a nice day or see you next time. But as other clients left they were the greeting of the day. I hope that management will address these issues and provide the same level of professionalism to all clients. read more

I am giving this location 3 stars because they were completely sweet about getting a repair less that 24 hours after a Gel Pedi. I went in for a gel pedi which I always get and I was very hopeful that I would get my gel soaked off and start fresh but they rushed everything from start to end. Soaking the old Gel polish was less than 5 minutes. After the cuticle cutting and scrubbing massage on my feet was the best but the polish side of the process was a bit dated. I let my nail tech know that as she put her led light for drying it scraped my toe she said it was fine and continued to put gel polish over the area to smooth it out. Then the polish was on my cuticles and wasn't cleaned up with acetone. So there for lifting and bubbling occurred by 9 pm the same night. I called that morning and they were able to help me but same issues with lifting and cuticles being covered with polish. I called again and I hate to sound snobby or bothering someone so I just didn't even come back in. I am saddened because the location is perfect from my home. read more

I've been going here every other week for years. They do a good job at a fair price. They have super comfortable chairs and the ladies are polite and will chat or not depending on your preference. Occasionally they have a new tech who isn't yet perfect. Hence, the four stars, but 99%+ of the visits have been spot on. Enjoy! read more

I love this nail salon! I started going about 2 years ago when I discovered they were open on Sunday because I don't always have time on Saturday. The girls and owner are so friendly! The little snack and free drink just make it all the more relaxing and fun. My husband started going with me about a year ago and he loves it! Went to this salon with my sister and we both had different nail techs and both were below satisfactory. They rushed, were hasty, and were very sloppy. My manicure lasted about 5-8 minutes and I left with nail polish on my cuticles and surrounding skin. My sister's $25 spa pedicure was just as sloppy and cuticles were bleeding. For starters they have false advertisement their pamphlet states that it includes a 10 minute stone massage and Ann who did my pedicure said oh no, we inlyn do about 5 minutes. Well I didnt even get the 5 minutes. I got 3 minutes. The deluxe manicure says you get a mask treatment, didnt happen either. They didnt clean the polish off my cuticles after polishing them. I've been going to the salon since about 2009. The change and management has made wonderful improvements. I enjoyed the company and the service. They are always decorated for the next holiday and have a festive disposition. I've had my natural nails manicured, acrylics, and gel done here and I'm going on my third week with my latest gel with no chips and still looks great. I love the designs I get when I have a pedicure. And the scent and Spa options are wonderful. I always enjoy their coffee and since they have free Wi-Fi, I can get some work done all away from my desk. I've come in with my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, my niece and once a year with my husband. I never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. I often don't have to make an appointment yet they always know who I am when I walk in and ask me how my family is doing. Manicure was horrible .Lady who was removing old gel and tips was horrible. She got upset with me because she didn't know I had tips to be removed . Manicurist thought it was only gel to be removed. She got very upset and snatched my hands to her to started using the dremmel sanding device . Manicurist burnt three of my fingernails with the dremmel. On the third nail, I pulled my hands back and asked her if she just didn't have the time to do my nails. She began by raising her voice and said that I had tips and needed to soak longer. I have been going here for over five years. I do not have a certain technician that I use. So I have probably had all of them at some point and time.. I love my experience there. My mother and sister come for our girls day. The staff is very friendly.. They ask what you like verses not like. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the customer (me) is happy. I also enjoy the fact that the ladies in there remember me. Its kinda like family. They ask about my mom, the kids & work. They also understand if you go in there and don't wanna talk.. My first time going there I got gels and they came off in 3 days, it was definitely rushed. I went in when they started peeling off and told them that I got it done literally 2 days prior, they did nothing but paint them again, still had to pay for the half-assed job. I had Linda, both times. She not once smiled and was very passive aggressive. This does not mean that she's not good at her craft, she just doesn't give a shit, which is disappointing. If there was a half point this business deserves one. There was one customer in the shop when we got there. All 3 of us got pedicures. My daughter did NOT want the deluxe pedicure just the basic. She told the technician 3 times, she got the deluxe. My other friend did the same and the technician argued over the price. I got the deluxe and ask for a flower on my big toe. I got an American flag with the stars on the wrong side. The price was supposed to be $35 each for a deluxe. They presented me with a $75 ticket and then asked me if I could pay the tip in cash.
