This nail shop is a BIG no for me. Very unprofessional. I called today before I went in. I was told to come on in. I walked in there 15 minutes later. I told them I am the person who called for a fill and 2 nail replacements. The lady told me, " I must of caller the wrong place . she asked me the number I called. I told her. She said that is their number. I sat there about 10 minutes. someone walked and apparently she worked there because they asked her if I called. She said, "yes! And you said you can take her" I sat there and waited patiently another 20 minutes. Then I was told to take a seat at booth number #7. I went to booth number #7 sat down another lady walked in. I was told to sit back in the waiting area. While that lady say at booth #7. I told them to have a great day and walked out. I've been getting my nails done since I was 13. I'm 30 years old and have never ever been treated like that. Never again!! read more

I like coming here. I have tried the other nail shops in Patterson and this one is my fav. The gals are nice and they do a fine job. I'd been going to the same nail shop in SJ for many years, change was difficult. read more

They do a incredible job here! I was always unhappy and very scared to have my nails done because I use to go to Botanical Nails next to Savemart and they literally made feel so frighten! I finally threw in the towel with botanical nails with all the bleeding nails ,drilling, horrible service , and just all there crap!!! I went here and read the reviews I was hesitant at first but I told my self it can't be worst than what I went through! I met for the first time Mimi and she was a delight not once did she hurt my nail beds and was constantly having a full conversation with me and always asked me if I was ok! Mimi is always smiling and so happy not to mention her amazing talent for nails she has too! My nails last for a whole good 4 weeks and I'm hard on my nails! I'm a florist and a crafty girl always working with glues or outdoors so to have my nails all intact yup it's that great! Always trust Mimi and her ideas! I'm so happy to found this hidden gem in Patterson of all places!! Yay Mimi! read more

Okay job on nails, service is very slow. Even if you make an appointment you will still wait. Poor customer service. I have been twice and both times my gel manicure coat was uneven. read more

I am very disappointed with the service this morning. I walked into this establishment to ask for my nails to be filled and a pedicure. I was told by Donna, the owner, she could not perform the services I needed. A woman walks in and asked for a similar service and was told to wait 30 minutes. This is the second time I've received questionable service. Very disappointed!!!! read more

Coming from the Bay Area this shop is a joke. I've seen women coming out with their nails done and they look tacky

about a month ago, i made an appointment for 12:30pm with keri. when i went in, donna and the receptionist both said they "thought i wasn't going to come" so they gave my appointment to someone else. donna offered to do my nails and it took her two hours due to the amount of phone calls she was getting. this past friday, i again made an appointment for 12:30 with keri and wasn't helped until 1pm because she was tending to another person. why offer appointments if they're never going to be honored? as far as their work, my nails look good. i'm not dissatisfied with their work, it's their lack of consideration for appointments that's frustrating. read more

I used to come here a few years ago, service used to be good, now I remember why I stopped coming, you walk in and they look at you like your stupid. Ask a question and they ask each other ten times before you even get a "yes, we have time" or "no we don't" won't go back ever again. I'm still waiting to see if they have time (never got an answer) walked out. read more

This location is probably by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I made an appointment for a saturday at 3:30. When I showed up, not only was there no one at the front desk, but the woman who asked me what i was there for was rude and grumpy. When I told her that I had an appointment she just said "ok wait here" and proceeded to go off and do someone else's nails. Now i can understand being a little busy on a saturday and having to wait 5-10 minutes for a nail tech to be ready to fulfil my appointment, but not only was I sitting there for 30 whole minutes, no one even checked in with me to let me know how long I had be waiting. After 30 minutes I had witnessed 3 other people leave because they had been waiting too long to be seated and I was done sitting around for something that clearly wouldn't be happening any time soon. I got up and left and the owner of the store literally tried to run after me as I drove away in my car. I had seen her do this with all of the other customers who had left as well; she would completely ignore them as long as they were still waiting but as soon as they got up she would frantically say "oh no don't go! we can seat you now" (despite the fact that all of the nail techs were already engaged doing other people's nails). My experience here was horrible and I definitely would not recommend it for anyone I know. They have horrible customer service, and do not honor their appointments. I mean come on, why even have an appointment option if you are gonna make someone wait for a whole 30 minutes or more anyways? I ended up just going to CVS and getting some nail polish and painting my nails myself. Probably a better use of my time and money. read more

Cheap nail polish !! First time coming here and definitely never again came in for a pedicure Friday morning done in 25 minutes then my nail was crooked on my toe from being filed sideways and when I had requested for Kim to fix she told me to late people waiting, maybe if she wasn't in such a hurry. That was it for me 3 days later my nail polish has chipped off all but two toes, total waste of money. read more

This place of all Patterson nail spots had been my go to until recently. I had two appointments for me and someone else and even with that I had to wait 54 minutes to be taken in, at which point, i rejected due to timing. My sister however did get hers done for her graduation and both of us couldn't be any more disappointed. She wanted long coffin shaped nails and the lady doing her nails said no bc then she wouldn't be able to do anything with her hands since she is young. So she did them shorter and We moved on to the color and again, disappointed. My sister asked for all white polish (no gel) with some glittery polish on her ring finger and thumb but only on the bottom not the entire nail. She proceeded by dabbing the glittery polish unevenly and calling it "ombré." When I asked if she could fix, she declined, when I asked Donna, the owner, she simply just said that she couldn't and went to the back. I literally had to ask for the polish so I myself could fix my little sister's nails. Horrible experience and was overcharged for the "ombre." Paid $33 for a horrible service, experience and nails. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

My sister and I have been going to this place for many years and they always do a great job. The people there are really nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome. Normally, I called in for appointments, and when I get there, they always ready for me. I love the Gel Pedicure and Manicure, it lasts very long and keeps shining. I'm a very happy customer for years:) read more
