Completely dissatisfied with the way my pedicure turned out. Tom, my tech today, did not seem as though he wanted to take his time and do my feet properly. He did not file the nails properly nor did the polish come out shining like gel normally does. I made mention of the polish looking dull and Tom gave me what felt like attitude. He rushed and did one swipe (literally) of clear polish and basically said he was done. I had also mentioned that some of the polish was on the skin and if he could clean that up, I would appreciate that. Well, that request was ignored completely. Dont come here if you clwant quality looking nails.

Called today for appts at 4pm with a friend and I, we walked in on time and sat in the pedicure chairs in reasonable time.. the pedicures were amazing. I felt safe and clean while being here for the first time. I felt Jessica was nice and gentle. I enjoyed my experience here for the first time visiting and I plan on coming back again !

They staff here were nice and it looked as if they took some measures to keep people protected, with the plastic hanging and spacing out the stations for social distancing. Only issue I had was they didn't wipe the stations after every customer. I didn't make a fuss, I was just happy they had a last minute appointment available. I was happy with the there work and would go back again.

I went in to have a gel fill done on my nails. When I sat down I asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up, the technician told me that's a gel manicure so I agreed to having a manicure performed. The tech butchered my nails, they were incredibly thick, unevenly filed and much shorter than I requested. I needed tips on my thumbnails as both nails had peeled and broken the shape of the finished thumb nails was awful, the wrong sized tip was used (much wider than my natural nail bed) I went back in and requested the thumbs be fixed. The repair job looks even worse than the original. They never touched my cuticles. Do not waste your time or money!

Horrible service!! I won't go back again. Two negative experiences at this place. First visit, for a gel mani and regular pedi. Pedicure was pleasant--no issues! Then came the gel manicure-- the gentleman painted my polish so quickly, that it was on my cuticles. (It was a natural pink color, so not completely obvious.) When I pointed it out, he said he take care of it at the end. Once the gel had dried, he took a file along my cuticles to break the edges, which later caused the edges to lift in less than a week. I still had polish on my cuticles! Next visit, I stopped by, not knowing it was an hour from closing time. Front desk gentleman, who I later found out was the boss, said no problem to a gel mani and regular pedi. Same gentleman from last visit did my mani/pedi. Again, no issues with pedi. When he started my mani, I told him about my last experience and asked him to slow down. He complained that there was only 20min left before closing and that he had a family to go home to. I reminded him that his boss said it was no problem and that I could go somewhere else. He continued with my mani, though very quickly and roughly cut my cuticles, causing pain. I asked him to slow down. He applied the gel polish at a much slower pace and it came out much neater without being on my cuticles this time. However, I have sore, red cuticles because they were cut so harshly. I refuse to return to this place. Don't waste your money unless you want to be rushed. Go somewhere else for better customer service!

ProNail, I just cant with you anymore. I went for a mani/pedi yesterday as a treat to myself. I haven't been in a while. Side note, I hadn't decided what dress I was wearing to Olivia'a recital tomorrow, so I went with a plain white gel polish on my nails/toes. While on the golf course with Shawn last night I realized my nails had a yellow tinge to them. I called ProNail first thing this morning and explained what happened and the owner told me "its white, its hard to keep clean". Then he told me I must have used a cleaning product that stained my nails. NOPE! So at today at 4:30pm I went back for them to redo the gel polish. I expected to have the gel taken off first, but nope they sanded them lightly and then painted right over top. I questioned it, but at least the blue covered up the white. I snapped a picture of my hand with the gel polish all over my hand. I had to ask for it to be cleaned up! I have gone there for YEARS! Lately they seem to always be rushing thru their services.

I have been coming here on and off for 5 years. Every time I don't come here I end up disappointed & coming here to get my nails fixed or re-done. EVERYONE is good in there, but my favorite nail techs are Bobby & Alie (Alie is always super booked so if you want to schedule with her you may want to call 2 weeks ahead) & my favorite pedicure tech is Jessica (she does good nails too). They take their time doing your nails and toes and they use the very best products. The shop is clean & updated as well. They also do good eyebrows! For a gel full set, gel pedicure, & eyebrow wax it was $91 (they charge $1 for using a credit card; not bad for an excellent job). Overall you should ALWAYS come here for all your services!!

So the lady asked me if I wanted "gel for $35 or acrylic for $25 ?" I said gel! And I got ACRYLIC ! With GEL polish... sooo idk where we got confused ... I know the difference between my nails , I didn't say anything while I got them done because i like the way they turned out, but again I didn't get what I asked for or PAID for. I paid $35 for "gel" nails , I got acrylic ... smh
