Just wanted to try this place out, which is why i didn't get full service. I came in for a dip powder soak off, manicure and toe polish change. They said it was $2 more to cut down my natural toe nails which was laughable. I told the nail tech to file them down which was free. It was very evident the tech did not know what she was doing when soaking my dip powder off. So after 5 minutes of wrapping them in foil she used a coarse drill bit to take off the excess. She didn't interact the entire time. Lisa was at the next station injuring her client to the point of blood. It's seems like they are trying to rush and get you out the door. The focus needs to be on performing quality work on each client no matter what!

Gel fill in (after acrylics) $35 and worth every penny!

I have finally found my place. After being frustrated many times due to sloppy, careless work, I found a place that takes pride in what they do. My nails have looked beautiful every time I have come by. I highly recommend this salon! They get busy fast and have lots of regulars (always a good sign)!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. No etiquette for customer service. They are very cold and do not smile. If they smile it's fake so they can make a buck! They have no aspiration to giving a warm welcoming into the dirty ass salon. It's dusty and they need to do a deep cleaning. They also need folks who care about proving good service for nails to customers rather than just rushing folks in and out to make enough dollars to pay their rent. Will never go back!!

Manicure with gel polish done by Tom @ Lisa's!

They have a new customer with me! First time at Lisa's and I was a little apprehensive but the reviews were all decent to good. I've been trying to find a nail salon closer to me with skilled technicians that do quality work and have been to several in the area not even worth mentioning because I have zero good to say about them. A young man named Tom came in and hooked my hands and feet up. They weren't the most talkative but that didn't matter much to me. I love my nails and everyone that sees them compliments thwill definitely be going back as long as they keep the quality of service up.

Nails not filled all the way. Cuts on fingers

I heard so many good reviews about Lisa Nail for a fill that I decided to try for myself after a not so good pedicure two years ago. The technician hit my fingers NUMEROUS times getting the gel off and I almost ran out then. I should have because my fills are not all the way down and I have four fingers with gashes in them. I was so upset when I was done that I just wanted to get out of there. I should have said something, but I just wanted to cry!

At first the lady was a little rude. Turned out a ok experience nails came out great will be back in two weeks They did my nails and eyebrows

Really thick dip nails AFTER she filed it down per my request. Still sooo thick

My experience was painful! I sat at the third seat down. The nail tech ignored my requests to soak off the acrylic on my nails. She kept peeling them off my natural nails. I told her my mails are thin so PLEASE soak them, that I was willing to pay for a soak off. She replied ok THREE times and each time kept peeling the acrylic off. I asked the tech next to her if she understands me, and my tech responded that she understands. I then asked her why she won't soak my nails, that I'd pay extra and she said it takes too long. WHAAT!? I politely pulled my tech induced damaged nails from her and told her if she doesn't have time I can go somewhere else. She then said she had time and got the acetone to soak them. THEN she thought she'd file the acrylic all the way down to my bare nails before she soaked them and the file BURNED MY FINGER. I couldn't believe what was happening. Fast forward I decide I wanted dip nails. She put 3 layers of color on my nails which made my nails sooo thick. Then she thought she'd leave them looking like buttons on my fingers. I asked her to file them down bc they were too thick then she responded that my nails are so thin that she had to add extra dip so my fingers wouldn't burn from hot water. I told her yes they are thin now bc you ripped several layers off of my already naturally thin nails. Anyways, she filed some down and asked me if I like them and I told her no. I paid and then I left. I will NEVER go back to Lisa Nails. The other techs watched me repeatedly ask her to soak my nails and no one stuck up for me. She cut my fingers, drawing blood on two of them. She burned me and did a shitty job on my nails. And that torturous experience cos

If you would like a racist and discriminatory experience please go here. If I could provide less…read morethan a star I would. The options in this town are very limited and it often feels like you are trying to pick the lesser of evils. This place 'Pro Nails' berates any customer that is not white. They speak to you in a condescending tone that just makes you feel inferior. They constantly assume you cannot afford their varying prices. A fill in can range from $30-$70 depending on the male owner's mood that day. He completely disrespected me and made me cry in front of all clients in the store simply because I advocated for myself when they tried to skip my turn. The manager got in my face as I was sitting and made several hand gestures as if I were nothing. He never apologized and just doubled down on his unprofessional behavior. He made sure to protect his white lady clients all the while. Not to mention the unsanitary practices and lack of care that lead to fungus growing on my nail. This place is a disaster. Stay far away.

So I am sitting in Pro-nails as I am typing this review. I was here last night and told the…read moretechnician that the gel polish was not to my liking. She kept manually filing my nail to correct the poor polish job she did. She kept stating there was a "dip" in my nail causing the problem. I finally gave up as she was very reluctant to wipe the gel off and start again. Lo and behold, about an hour after leaving the shop the polish began lifting. So now I am back trying to get them to fix the one nail. Of course they want to hurry and drill off the polish. Naw, nope. I asked for the pusher and get the polish off myself. Now they are ignoring me. I wonder how long this is going to take. Update: So the tech, who serviced me last night and now today was not happy to see me. The feeling was mutual. So she begins by pulling out the drill. Ma'am what are you drilling? You drilled last night! She stated she had to get the product off the edges. Ugh, OK. So she does her thing and was about to put the polish on. I stopped her and asked about the base coat to which she responded I had product still on. This is vexing to me as out of the same mouth she said she had to drill it off. At this point, I am well beyond over with this place. Nail fix polish technique sucks. I bet this won't last the rest of the week. And there is more! 3 days later the FN polish on my other hand starts bubbling up!
